The parachute device for an airplane disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 44-12943 has an umbrella body folded and stored in the upper part of the airplane body. In the event of an emergency, the top cover can be opened and the umbrella body can be opened. Furthermore, this parachute device has an air bag attached to the periphery of the umbrella body. In an emergency, the air sac is supplied with compressed fluid. When an airplane lands on water, the air sac causes the umbrella to float on the water surface, acting as a substitute for a boat and as an indicator of the landing position.

There is a risk that the stored umbrella may not open.
Further, in the above-mentioned parachute device, only the umbrella body and the air bag float in the water when the airplane lands on water, and no means for floating the airplane body is provided. This air sac is useless if the plane lands on land.

A horizontal rotary blade 3 is provided on the upper part of the frame 7, which receives a conduction driving force from a rotary pedal 10 and generates lift in the vertical direction. Furthermore, a balloon 1 filled with a buoyant rare gas (hydrogen gas, helium gas, etc.) is provided above it.

It is provided in the frame 7. An air-filled float 12 having elasticity and floatability on water is provided at a position below a foot-operated pedal at the lower part of a frame 7.

Any conventional means can be used to keep the parachute 2 open at all times, but by arranging balloons as shown in the figure, it is very easy to keep the parachute 2 open at all times. If a piano wire or the like is attached to the lower edge of the parachute 2, the parachute can be opened more reliably.

In this way, the entire frame 7, which is no longer able to move vertically and horizontally due to gravity, can be moved vertically and horizontally with a small amount of human power.

The open parachute 2 and the air-filled float 12 ensure safety when floating in the air, landing, and landing on water. In particular, when landing on the water, the occupants are located above the float 12, which is particularly safe.
