めて簡単な操作で作成具から取外すことができる
ようにすることをその課題とする。

上記各案内溝にそれぞれ先端部が基盤の周縁か
ら出退するようにスライド保持され、かつ下面に
それぞれ突起が形成された掛止ピンと、
上記各案内溝に対応しつつこれに対して傾斜
し、かつ上記突起がそれぞれスライド係合する複
数のカム溝を有し、上記基盤の下面に重なりつつ
上記支軸に回転可能に支持され、回転操作によつ
て上記各掛止ピンの先端を一斉に基盤の周縁から
出退させうる回転盤と、
上記回転盤を、上記支軸に対し、摩擦または係
合により、上記掛止ピンの先端が基盤の周縁から
突出する回転位置で保持させうる回転規制手段
と、
を備えることを特徴とする。

たは係合により、上記掛止ピンの先端が基盤の周
縁から突出する回転位置で保持させうる回転規制
手段が設けられているから、モチーフ作成中、不
用意に各掛止ピンが基盤の周縁から没入してモチ
ーフの終端の手芸糸が外れることはない。

体的に説明する。
円板状の基盤2の下面2aには、その中心に下
方突出状の支軸1が突設され、また、中心部から
周縁部にむけて放射状に延びる複数本の案内溝3
…が形成されている。なお、この案内溝3は、基
盤2の周縁2bに開放している。各案内溝3…に
は、それぞれ、掛止ピン4…がスライド可能に保
持される。この掛止ピン4…のスライド移動行程
は、その先端が基盤2の周縁2bから所定量突出
する状態と、基盤2の周縁2bから没入する状態
とを選択できるように定められる。そして、各掛
止ピン4…の下面には突起4aが設けられてお
り、各掛止ピン4はこの突起4aが後記する回転
盤5のカム溝6の内面に押されて上記のように往
復スライド移動させられるのであるがこれについ
ては後に詳述する。
上記基盤2の下面2aに重なるようにして、円
板状の回転盤5が支軸1まわりに回転可能に支持
される。上記支軸1は、その基端に断面円形部1
aが設けられており、回転盤5は、その中心に形
成したボス部5bの軸孔5aを上記断面円形部1
aに套嵌することにより支持される。
上記回転盤5は、上記各案内溝3…に対応しつ
つ各案内溝3…に対して傾斜する方向にのび、か
つ各掛止ピン4…の突起4a…がスライド係合す
る複数のカム溝6…を備える。回転盤5を回転さ
せると、カム溝6…と案内溝3…との交差部が基
盤2の半径方向に移動するため、この交差部に位
置する上記各突起4aがカム溝6の内面に押され
ることによつて、各掛止ピン4は、一斉に基盤2
の半径方向に往復スライド駆動させられ、その先
端は、基盤2の周縁2bから一斉に出退させられ
る。
一方、モチーフ作成中、基盤2の周縁2bから
突出する各掛止ピン4…の先端が不用意に退動し
ないように、上記回転盤5を、上記支軸1に対
し、各掛止ピン4を進出させた回転位置において
保持させうる回転規制手段Sが設けられる。この
回転規制手段Sは、回転盤5の支軸1回りの回転
に一定の摩擦抵抗を与えるだけでも足りるが、本
例では、モチーフ作成中での回転盤5の回転阻止
をより確実にするために、上記回転規制手段Sを
次のように構成している。
すなわち、支軸1における上記回転盤5のボス
部5bより下方の部位に、ストツパ筒8を回転不
能かつ上記ボス部5bに向けて弾力付勢しつつ軸
方向摺動可能に套嵌し、かつ、上記ボス部5bの
下縁およびストツパ筒8の上縁に、互いに雄雌状
に嵌合しうる凹部7と突部10とを形成するので
ある。ただし、凹部7と突部10の形成位置は、
回転盤5が上記掛止ピン4を基盤2の周縁から突
出させる回転位置にあるとき互いに嵌合するよう
に定められる。なお、本例において上記ストツパ
筒8を支軸1に対して回転不能とするために、支
軸1の下端部に角軸部1bを形成するとともに、
ストツパ筒8の内孔8bを上記角軸部1bに嵌合
する角孔としてある。また、内孔8bの下方に拡
径部8aを設けてここに収容した圧縮コイルバネ
9の下端を支軸1の下端にボルトによつて固定さ
れたワツシヤ11に弾支させることにより、スト
ツパ筒8を上方、すなわち、上記ボス部5bに向
けて弾力付勢している。
上記凹部7と突部10とが嵌合している状態
は、圧縮コイルバネ9によつて維持される。この
状態において、ストツパ筒8は支軸1に対して回
転しないから、回転盤5の回転は阻止され、基盤
2の周縁から突出する各掛止ピン4が不用意に退
動することはない。
一方、各掛止ピン4を退動させてその先端部を
基盤2の周縁から没入させるには、圧縮コイルバ
ネ9の弾力に抗してストツパ筒8を軸方向下方に
押し下げて上記凹部7と突部10の相互の係合を
解き、回転盤5を所定方向に回転させればよい。
また、各掛止ピン4を退動位置から進出させるに
は、回転盤5だけを所定方向に回転させればよ
い。そうすると、回転盤5が掛止ピン4を適当量
突出させる位置まで回転した時点において、圧縮
コイルバネ9の弾力によつて凹部7と突部10と
が自動的に係合し、回転盤5の回転が阻止され
る。
以上の構成において、モチーフを作成する場
合、回転盤5を回転させて第1図に示すように各
掛止ピン4の先端を基盤2の周縁から突出させ
る。この状態において、各突出した掛止ピン4の
先端部に毛糸、レース等の手芸用糸を掛け止めな
がら、従来と同様にしてモチーフを作成すること
ができる。
一方、出来上がつたモチーフを作成具から取外
すには、上述のように、ストツパ筒8を押し下げ
て回転盤5の規制を解き、そしてこれを所定方向
に回転させて各掛止ピン4を一斉に基盤2の周縁
から没入させる。モチーフの周縁の糸が掛かつて
いた掛止ピン4が基盤2の周縁から一斉に消失す
るので、従来のように掛止ピンを一つ一つ抜き取
つたり、鈎針で各掛止ピンから糸を外したりとい
つた面倒な作業を要することなく、きわめて簡単
に出来上がつたモチーフを作成具から外すことが
できる。
