フアンフイルタユニツトにおいて、該フイルタユ
ニツトの枠体とケーシングとの間の周面全体に液
シールを介在させると共に、ケーシング側に取付
けた複数個の止め具に枠体を係止することによつ
てフイルタユニツトの全荷重を該止め具で支持し
、そのさいこの係止状態をクリーンルーム室内側
より解ける止め具を使用したことを特徴とするク
リーンルーム用フアンフイルタユニツト。 (2) 液シールは、フイルタ枠体側の周面に取付
けたＵ型溝と、このＵ型溝内に収納された液状シ
ール材料と、この液状シール材料内に一方の縁部
が挿入され他方の縁部がケーシングに接続された
シール板とから構成される請求項１に記載のフア
ンフイルタユニツト。 (3) 止め具は、バネ付き蝶番である請求項１ま
