[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a horizontal compressor that is used, for example, in an air conditioner and has a rotating shaft arranged horizontally. The present invention also relates to a horizontal compressor in which the amount of lubricating oil discharged together with refrigerant gas to the outside of the compressor is small and a sufficient amount of lubricating oil can be stored in a closed container.

〔従来の技術〕[Conventional technology]

Conventional horizontal compressors are, for example,
As stated in Japanese Patent Publication No. 48-33042,
A partition plate is installed to divide the inside of the compressor in a direction perpendicular to the rotating shaft.
The structure is such that the oil level on the opposite side of this partition plate is higher than the oil level on the motor side.

The former is provided with a communication pipe whose one end opens at the lower part of the partition plate on the motor side and whose other end opens at the upper part on the opposite compression mechanism side. The pressure of the refrigerant gas discharged to the motor side is used to push up the lubricating oil along with the gas toward the compression mechanism side, raising the oil level on the downstream side and making it easier to supply lubricating oil to the rotating shaft. .

On the other hand, the latter is provided with a waste passage passing through the rotating shaft so as to communicate the spaces on both sides of the partition plate, and a communication passage through which lubricating oil can move under the partition plate. Therefore, when refrigerant gas flows into the gas flow path, the pressure loss causes a pressure difference before and after the partition plate, and due to this pressure difference, lubricating oil passes through the communication path at the bottom of the partition plate to the downstream side of the waste. Since the curved surface on the motor side becomes lower as the rotor of the motor moves to the lower position, the rotor of the motor does not come into contact with the oil surface, and friction loss due to oil intervening in the gap with the stator can be eliminated.

The above conventional technology lowers the oil level on the motor side in order to supply the lubricating oil stored at the bottom of the closed container to the rotating shaft or to prevent the motor from contacting the lubricating oil level.
Care has been taken to make the opposite side higher.

However, there is no consideration given to operating the compressor with a wide range of rotational speeds, and when the gas flow rate inside the compressor increases during high-speed rotation, the pressure difference before and after the partition plate becomes too large, and depending on the operating condition, The lubricating oil may flow vigorously through the communication path at the bottom of the partition plate, blowing up the lubricating oil and being discharged from the discharge pipe along with the gas, or the lubricating oil may be stirred and discharged in the form of foam. there were. Further, when the gas flow rate increases, pressure loss before and after the partition plate increases, resulting in an increase in compressor input.

On the other hand, some of the above-mentioned conventional technologies have the problem that when the gas current flowing through the compressor decreases during low-speed rotation, the pressure difference across the partition plate becomes small, and the oil level on the motor side does not become sufficiently low.

The present invention improves the problems of the prior art described in "U" and reduces the appearance of lubricating oil being discharged outside the compressor even when the compressor rotation speed increases and the gas flow rate increases. It is possible to reduce the pressure loss inside the compressor and maintain a sufficient amount of lubricating oil in the sealed container. Also, even when the compressor rotation speed is low and the gas flow rate is reduced, the oil level on the motor side can be maintained. The objective is to provide a horizontal compressor that can keep the compressor input low and prevent an increase in compressor input.

In the horizontal compressor of the present invention configured as described above, the oil level on the motor side is pushed down by the gas discharged into the space on the motor side of the first partition plate, and the lubricating oil passes through the lower communication path. is pushed up into the lubricating oil reservoir. Therefore, the oil level on the motor side can be kept low and contact with the rotor of the electric motor #J machine can be eliminated, and necessary lubricating oil can be stored in the lubricating oil storage section. Further, the gas discharged into the space on the motor side of the first partition plate passes through the communication path at the bottom of the -th partition plate, and passes through the space sandwiched between the first partition plate and the second partition plate. In this space, the gas floats in the oil, passes through the gas flow path in the upper part of the second partition plate, and flows out into the space on the opposite side. At this time, the oil level in the lubricating oil reservoir sandwiched by the second partition plate is maintained at the same oil level by the oil communication passage provided at the lower part of the second partition plate.

Therefore, the gas flowing into the lubricating oil reservoir is separated from the oil in the space between the first and second partition plates.
Since the gas with fewer oil droplets flows out into the gas pool in the lubricating oil storage section, the number of oil droplets that scatter in this space can be reduced, and from the discharge pipe that opens in this space, the gas flows into the refrigeration cycle. The amount of oil discharged can be reduced.

Next, the operation of the oil supply pump P will be explained. During the suction stroke in which the volume inside the pump chamber 12 increases due to the reciprocating motion of the vane 10, two inlets open to the pump chamber 12, that is, a discharge port 36. Lubricating oil is sucked in from both sides of the suction port 27, but during the suction stroke, due to the inertia of the oil in the oil supply pipe 32, there is a large resistance in the reverse flow direction, and much of the oil is sucked into the pump chamber 2. The oil flows in from the oil suction port 27, and in the latter half of the suction stroke, oil also flows back from the oil supply pipe 32 described above.

The pushed down oil passes through the oil/gas communication path 31 at the bottom of the first partition plate 16 and is pushed up and stored in the lubricating oil reservoir 44, so that the required amount of oil can be stored in the case 1. Therefore, since the refrigerant concentration of the oil can be kept below a certain value, there is an effect that the oil is diluted by the refrigerant and there is no problem that the oil viscosity decreases too much, which interferes with the lubrication of bearings and the like.

The gas discharged into the electric motor space 43 passes through the oil/gas communication passage 31 at the bottom of the first partition plate 16 and is ejected into the oil in the lubricating oil reservoir 44. A cylinder projecting portion 2 that also serves as the first partition plate 16 and the second partition plate
By providing an oil/gas separation space 29 between the cylinder 2 and the cylinder 2, the gas ejected into this space floats in the oil, and after the oil and gas are separated on the oil surface, the oil and gas separation space 29 is provided at the top of the cylinder 2. The oil passes through the gas flow path 41 and flows into the gas reservoir 34, where the oil droplets are further separated. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the amount of oil that passes through the discharge pipe 24 and is discharged together with the gas into the refrigeration cycle. There is an effect that can be done.

As described above in detail, according to the present invention, the discharge gas of the compressor pushes down the curved surface of the motor space divided by the fourth partition plate to below the height of the lower edge of the rotor, while the lubricating oil reservoir Since the curved surface of the rotor can be pushed up, there is no friction loss due to contact between the rotor and the oil surface, and sufficient lubricating oil can be stored in the compressor. Moreover, since a second partition plate is provided in the lubricating oil reservoir and an oil/gas separation space is formed between this and the first partition plate, oil and gas are ejected from the communication path at the bottom of the first partition plate in this space. This has the effect of being able to separate gas and oil, thereby reducing the amount of oil that is discharged together with the gas from the gas discharge pipe that opens into the remaining space of the lubricating oil reservoir.
