A conventional headlamp will be explained with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6. 5 and 6, reference numeral 1 denotes a reflector made of synthetic resin, and this reflector 1 has a reflecting section 11 having a reflecting surface 10 in the form of a paraboloid of revolution.
and a cylindrical bulb insertion part 12 provided at the center of the reflection part 11, and an engagement part 34 of a spring 3, which will be described later, engages with the upper part of the end surface of the insertion part 12 on the opposite side to the reflection surface 10. An L-shaped engagement piece 15 is formed. 2 is a shade, and a cylindrical part 20
, a mounting leg portion 21 that integrally projects rearward from both upper and lower edges of the rear end of the cylindrical portion 20, and the mounting leg portion 2.
The mounting piece 22 has a hole formed by bending the tip of the mounting piece 1 outward at a substantially right angle. The mounting piece 22 of the shade 2 thus formed is attached to the reflective surface 10 side of the insertion portion 12 of the reflector 1 with screws 23.

and an engaging portion 34, the spring comprising:
The pivot portion 32 of the spring 3 is attached to the lower part of the end surface opposite to the reflective surface 10 of the insertion portion 12 of the reflector 1 using a mounting bracket 30 and a screw 31 so as to be rotatable in the direction of the arrow, and the valve 6 is attached to the rear of the insertion portion 12. At the same time, the base 60 of the valve 6 is inserted into the shade 2, and the base 60 of the valve 6 is set in the insertion part 12, and the engagement part 34 of the spring 3 is engaged with the engagement piece 15 of the reflector 1. The valve 6 is removably attached to the reflector 1 by being elastically held between the pressing part 33 of the spring 3 and the insertion part 12 of the reflector 1.

However, the conventional headlight described above has a reflector 1.
Since the L-shaped engagement piece 15 that engages with the engagement portion 34 of the spring 3 is provided, the mold for forming the reflector 1 has a cutout structure in which a slide or a square pin is exposed. Therefore, there is a problem that the mold becomes complicated and burrs are likely to occur in the molded product. Furthermore, since the mounting piece 22 of the shade 2 is screwed to the reflective surface 10 side of the reflector 1, there is a problem that the reflective area of the reflective surface 10 of the reflector 1 becomes correspondingly smaller.

In the present invention, a groove is formed in a part of the rear end surface of the insertion part that is integrated with the reflector, and a groove is formed into which the pivot part of the spring is fitted. The spring is rotatably attached to the rear end of the insertion section by applying the mounting piece to one of the mounting legs and tightening it with a screw, and the mounting piece of the other mounting leg of the shade is attached to the one mounting leg. The device is characterized in that it is screwed to the rear end of the insertion portion so as to face the insertion portion, and is branched from the attachment piece to form an engagement piece with which the engagement portion of the spring engages.

As described above, the present invention forms a groove in which the pivot portion of the spring is fitted in a part of the rear end surface of the insertion portion that is integrated with the reflector, and the pivot portion of the spring is fitted into the groove. The spring is rotatably attached to the rear end of the insertion part by placing the mounting piece of one of the mounting legs of the shade on it and screwing it down, and the mounting piece of the other mounting leg of the shade is attached to said one. Since the spring is screwed to the rear end of the insertion part facing the mounting leg of the reflector, the spring can be mounted without the need for mounting hardware. Moreover, once the shade is installed, the spring cannot be separated from the reflector, so there is no risk of losing the spring. In addition, in the present invention, the engagement piece is branched from the attachment piece on the other attachment leg of the shade and is engaged with the engagement part of the spring, so there is no need to provide the engagement piece of the spring on the reflector. Costs can be reduced with a simple mold.

An H-shaped groove 13 into which the pivot portion 30 of the spring 3 is fitted is provided in a part of the rear end surface on the side opposite to the reflective surface 10 of the spring 3, and an insertion section below the H-shaped groove 13 and opposite thereto. A screw hole 14 is formed in the end face of 12.
Further, a cap 60 of a valve 6, which will be described later, is attached to this end face.
A cap setting section 18 is provided in which the cap is set. The shade 2 has two mounting legs 21 and 21 integrally provided rearwardly projecting from both upper and lower edges of the rear end of the cylindrical portion 20, with the tips of both mounting legs 21 extending outward. Next, the shade 2 is inserted into the insertion part 12 of the reflector 1 from the rear, the upper and lower two mounting pieces 22 of the shade 2 are brought into contact with the rear end of the insertion part 12, and one of the mounting pieces 22 is inserted into the groove 12.
Place the other mounting piece 22 on top of the upper screw hole 1.
4. Position it on top. Then, the shade 2 and the spring 3 can be attached to the reflector 1 at the same time by screwing the tuft pin screw 27 through the hole 25 of the shade 2 into the screw hole 14 of the reflector 1 described above. Therefore, the number of assembly steps can be reduced. Moreover, since the upper and lower two mounting pieces 22 of the shade 2 are also attached to the rear end of the insertion part 12 on the opposite side to the reflective surface 10 of the reflector 1 using the tatsupin screws 27, the mounting pieces 22 of the shade 2 are attached to the rear end of the insertion part 12 on the opposite side to the reflective surface 10 of the reflector 1. Therefore, the reflective surface 10 of the reflector 1 does not have a small reflection area, or the reflective surface 10 is not damaged or soiled.

By rotating and engaging the engaging portion 34 with the engaging piece 24 of the shade 2, the cap 60 of the valve 6 is elastically held between the cap set portion 18 of the reflector 1 and the pressing portion 33 of the spring 3, and the valve 6 is detachably attached to the reflector 1. A waterproof cover 7 is attached to the base of the valve 6 thus formed.
The cylindrical portion 70 of the housing 4 is fitted onto the outside, and the engaging portion 71 of the waterproof cover 7 is engaged with the engaging portion 41 of the housing 4.
In addition, by bringing the skirt portion 72 of the waterproof cover 7 into contact with the rear portion of the housing 4, rainwater can be prevented from entering the lamp.

In this way, in the present invention, a groove is formed in a part of the rear end surface of the insertion portion that is integrated with the reflector, and a groove into which the pivot part of the spring is fitted is formed, and the state in which the pivot part of the spring is fitted into the groove is formed. The spring is rotatably attached to the rear end of the insertion part by placing the mounting piece of one of the mounting legs of the shade on top of it and tightening the screw, and then the mounting piece of the other mounting leg of the shade is attached to the rear end of the insertion part. Because the spring is screwed to the rear end of the insertion part, facing one of the mounting legs, the spring can be mounted without the need for mounting hardware, and in doing so, there is a risk that the shaded mounting piece may narrow the reflective area of the reflector. If there is no spring and the shade is installed as described above, the spring cannot be separated from the reflector, so there is no risk of losing the spring. Since the engagement piece with which the engagement portion of the spring engages is formed, there is no need to provide the engagement piece of the spring on the reflector, and costs can be reduced with a simple mold.
