Claims (1)
- 円筒状金属部材にガラス管を接続したガラス封
着体に於いて、前記円筒状金属部材の封着部に予
め金属酸化物を生成し、該金属酸化物上に粉末ガ
ラスから成る円環状ガラス焼結体を形成して加熱
し、前記円環状ガラス焼結体を溶解して、密着ガ
ラス層を形成するとともに該密着ガラス層を介し
て前記円筒状金属部材と前記ガラス管とを接合、
封着したことを特徴とするガラス封着体。
