Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 計測対象流体を通ずる測定用短管の外周に、こ
れを取り巻くようにケース本体を密着して取付け
、該ケース本体内に励磁用コイルを収容するとと
もに、その開口をカバーにより気密に封止するよ
うにした電磁流量計において、 前記ケース本体もしくはカバーの少なくとも一
部に、該ケース本体とカバーとで囲まれる密閉空
間内の圧力が規定値に達すると、その圧力を大気
へ逃がすリリーフ機構を設けたこと、を特徴とす
る電磁流量計。
