Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は天日乾燥汚泥床の乾燥ケーキを搬出
する際に、槽画壁付近のケーキまで隈なく機械
的に搬出する目的のものである。従来、天日乾燥
床の汚泥ケーキを機械的に搬出する装置はある
が、実際作業に当つて汚泥の掻き寄せをエツジの
回転によつて行なつているため、エツジの回転円
周の4半分に相当する部分は当然掻き残しがで
き、この部分は人力によつて搬出しているのが現
況である。しかし槽画壁付近の掻き残し残土の
巾が例えば1m巾で槽内周縁に存在するとき
は、その搬出労力、経費がかさむことにおいて、
機械装置取り付けの意味が薄れ、問題となつてい

に、この旋回架台13の中心孔12及び前記円孔
10を貫通して上下に延長しかつガイド枠14に
沿つて昇降する掻き上げコンベア15を設置す

そして掻き入れ口21の両側には耳板19下部の
エツジ端19a(第3図)がケーキを区切りよく
切り分けているので、掻き入れ口21の巾ごとに
移動桁8を逐次動かして作業を続行し、汚泥床の
周縁部(A,B,C,D部分)を残して天日床
の大部分の掻き取りを行なうものである。この場
合は汚泥導入板27は使用していないから、図に
おいてA,Dの部分は巾30cm程度の掻き残し部分
