の駆動装置に前記2台の冷却フアンのいずれか一
方を運転させる切換スイツチを連動させ、前記2
台の冷却フアンの少くともいずれか一方にその冷
却フアンの故障を検出する検出器を設けて前記切
換スイツチに連動させることを特徴とする半導体
