Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は印刷装置における被印刷物の位置合わ
せ装置に関し、更に詳しくは枚葉式の印刷装置に
適用するものであり、特に従来装置よりも高い精
度で位置を合わせることを目的とするものであ
る。

従来より印刷装置には被印刷物の位置を制御し
安定せしめるために見当合わせ装置或いは位置合
わせ装置が備えられており、その精度はせいぜい
1/10mmであつた。この程度の見当精度は通常の印
刷物に対しては十分なものであつた。ところで近
来、電子部品の高分子薄膜の形成等において印刷
手段が用いられるこが多いが、このような所謂特
殊印刷部門においては前記以上の精度を必要と
し、従来の見当合わせ装置ではその要求を満たせ
なくなりつつある。

本考案者らは以上の現状に鑑みて種々考察工夫
した結果、本考案を完成するに至つたものであ
る。即ち本考案は被印刷物1を固定する定盤小2
が定盤大の上に該定盤大3面上で回転可動なよう
に固定され、該定盤小2の3辺に各1個の押ネジ
4,14が設置され、該3辺のうち1辺にダイア
ルゲージ5が設置され、他の1辺には2個の押ネ
ジ14及び2個のダイアルゲージ15が設置さ
れ、前記定盤大3は少なくとも4箇所で上下移動
ネジ6にて基台7に固定されたことを特徴とする
被印刷物1の位置合わせ装置である。

被印刷物1としては平板状のものを適用し、定
盤小2の上に固定される。定盤小2は定盤大3の
上に該定盤大3面上で回転可動できるように固定
されている。該定盤大3上には定盤小2を支持す
るように押ネジ4が設置されている。押ネジ4,
14は定盤小2の3辺に各1個ずつ、他の1辺に
は2個設けられる。該押ネジ14を2個設けた辺
には更にダイアルゲージ15が2個設けられ、該
辺に垂直な辺に1個のダイアルゲージ5が設けら
れる。又、前記定盤大3は上下移動ネジ6数個に
よつて基台7に取り付けられる(第3図参照)。
該移動ネジ6の高さを調節するノブ8部には1個
のダイアルゲージを設置してもよい。尚、上下移
動ネジ6にスプロケツト等を設け、チエーン等に
より数個の上下移動ネジ6が同時に回転するよう
に構成してもよい。この場合、1個のノブ8を調
節するだけで定盤大3の水平が保たれつつ高さを
調節することができる。

この際、2個のダイアルゲージ5の目盛り差と定
盤小2の角度との対応関係を表又はグラフに整理
しておくと便利である。その後押ネジ4を調節し
横方向に対する角度を合わし、所定の位置に定盤
小2を合わせる。
