ＤＣ―ＤＣコンバータを備え、上記入力直流電源
側と上記スイツチングトランジスタのベースとの
間に介挿された起動用抵抗体として、正の温度係
数のものを用いるとともに、この起動用抵抗体を
上記スイツチングトランジスタに熱結合したこと
