Claims (1)
- 階上の床体を内方で支持する連続した上載置片
を有する梁材に固定金具を設けかつ該固定金具に
より、梁材の外方に位置しかつ該梁材の外縁の間
に隙間を有してコンクリートパネルを用いた外壁
パネルを固定するとともに、前記上載置片の上面
に前記外壁パネルの内面に接しかつ該内面との間
で上下にのびしかも前記隙間に通じる導孔を形成
する折曲げ部を有する隔て板を配する一方、該隔
て板と前記床体の外面との間にモルタルを充填し
てなる家屋の換気構造。
