Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は支柱に鴨居を取りつけた場合に、支
柱と鴨居との間〓と鴨居の歪曲とを防止すること
を目的とするものである。
従来木造建築における支柱と鴨居との接着部が
木材の乾燥により間〓を生じ、又鴨居上の荷重も
附加されて鴨居にねじれを生ずるの欠点があつ
た。
この考案は之等の欠点の原因を究明して実証的
に得たるものであつて、その一実施例を図面につ
いて詳述すると、１は支柱２は鴨居であつて、端
面に横ほぞを形成して、前記支柱１に挿し込んで
固定させる。３は補強部材であつて、二辺を直角
に形成することにより、前記支柱１と鴨居２との
直交部の上方隅角部に押し当てて支柱１と鴨居と
を上面において固着する。
この考案は以上のように構成されているので、
支柱１と鴨居２との接着部の上方隅角部を直角に
形成し、そして二辺を直角に形成した補強部材３
を前記隅角部に接着し、その接着面に木工用ボン
ドを塗布して接着度を強化した後釘着して固定さ
せるものである。この場合補強部材としては容易
に割れない木材が好適で例へばアピトン材がよ
い。
以上のように、この考案は、支柱１と鴨居２と
の直交部の上方隅角部に形成された直角部に二辺
を直角とした補強部材３を固着させたので、木材
が乾燥しても支柱１と鴨居２との間に間〓を生ず
ることがなく、又鴨居自体がねじれないので戸、
障子の開閉に支障を来たすことがなく、木造建築
の耐用年数を増大するの実益がある。

第１図は本案装置の一部を切除した側面図、第
２図は第１図Ｘ−Ｘ線の縦断正面図である。 １……支柱、２……鴨居、３……補強部材。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 支柱１と鴨居２とを接着した上方部の隅角部に
    三辺よりなる断面直角三角形の木質補強部材３の
    二辺を押し当て固着した木造建築における鴨居の
    取付装置。
