残さず、よつて施工作業を熟練者でなくともきわ
めて簡易になしうると共に梱包作業の適正化、均
一化を図りうるアリ型脚付二つ割タイルの製造方
法の提供を目的としてなされたもので、その要旨

えて前記結合部を剪断除去することにより、二枚
合せタイル主体を互いに別体の二枚のタイルに分

る二つ割タイルの製造方法において、腹合せにな
つている両タイル裏面側の互いに対称となる位置
に適宜数突設したアリ型脚部間の任意面上に突設
され、該アリ型脚部の突出端面より内側で剪断さ
れるべくその中央部に膨出部を設けた結合部と、
タイル両端のアリ型脚部突出端面上に突設され、
該突出端面をえぐるように剪断されるべく切込を
形成した結合部とで両タイルを一体に結合して二
枚合せタイル主体を成形する工程と、該成形工程
後二枚合せタイル主体を焼成する工程と、該焼成
工程後前記二枚合せタイル主体に衝撃を与えて前
記結合部を剪断除去することにより、二枚合せタ
イル主体を互いに別体の二枚のタイルに分割する
工程とよりなることを特徴とするアリ型脚付二つ
