A hot water supply port is placed at the top, and each of these water intake ports and hot water supply port is connected to a heat exchanger via a pipe, and this heat exchanger is heated in the combustion chamber, and the water in the bathtub is heated by convection. I try to circulate it. Furthermore, in recent years, many bathtubs of this type have combustion chambers that communicate with the outside, so that outside air is introduced to burn fuel and the fuel is exhausted outside.

The water is heated, but if the burner is not lit, especially in winter, the combustion chamber is open to the outdoors, so the hot water in the heat exchanger is cooled by the outdoor air, and the heated bathtub is heated. There was a problem with the hot water getting cold.

ものである。 The present invention was developed by focusing on these points, and when the heat exchanger is not supplying heat to the water, the hot water does not circulate through the heat exchanger to prevent the hot water in the bathtub from cooling down. The purpose of this project is to provide a bath kettle that is made of water.

In a bathtub in which a pipe connected to a perforated water intake port and a hot water supply port is connected to a water intake side and a hot water discharge side of the heat exchanger, a discharge pipe connected to the hot water discharge side of the heat exchanger is The end portion and the end portion of the hot water supply pipe connected to the hot water supply inlet of the bathtub are connected to form a trap having a hot water reservoir, and the water vapor generated when the heat exchanger heats the heat exchanger has an air lift effect. The water in the bathtub is circulated by supplying hot water from the discharge pipe to the hot water supply pipe.

Then, the water is heated and becomes hot water, and the hot water rises in the discharge pipe due to the air lift effect of the steam generated during heating, and the hot water is supplied to the hot water supply pipe at the hot water reservoir part of the trap, and the hot water is turned into hot water. The water inside will circulate and the bath will boil. Next, when the heat exchanger is not supplying heat to water by extinguishing the fire in the combustion chamber, the hot water in the bathtub is prevented from circulating through the heat exchanger and inside the bathtub, and the outside air is Avoid losing heat. Therefore, the hot water in the bathtub is difficult to cool down.

FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a schematic configuration of a first embodiment of the present invention. In the figure, 1 is a heat exchanger, and a combustion chamber in which this heat exchanger 1 is installed communicates with the outdoors. 2 is the heat exchanger 1
This water suction pipe 2 is connected to a water intake port 3a formed at the lower part of the wall surface of the bathtub 3. Reference numeral 4 designates a discharge pipe connected to the hot water discharge side of the heat exchanger 1, and this discharge pipe 4 is inserted from one end of the hot water supply pipe 5, and a hot water reservoir portion 5a protrudes in the middle of the hot water supply pipe 5. The tip opening 4a of the discharge pipe 4 projects upward from the liquid level of the hot water stored in the hot water reservoir 5a. Further, the other end of the hot water supply pipe 5 is connected to a hot water supply port 3b formed at the upper part of the wall surface of the bathtub 3. In this way, a trap is formed at the connection between the discharge pipe 4 and the hot water supply pipe 5.

The water in the bathtub that enters the bathtub is heat exchanged with the heat of the burner in this heat exchanger 1. Therefore, the water turns into hot water in the heat exchanger 1, and as the steam rises, the air lift action causes the water to flow through the tip opening 4a of the discharge pipe 4 into the hot water pool 5 of the hot water supply pipe 5.
The hot water overflows into the bathtub 3 from the hot water supply pipe 5 through the hot water supply port 3b.

Since the water surface of the hot water reservoir 5a is located at a higher position than the water surface in the bathtub, hot water does not circulate backwards from the hot water supply port 3b of the bathtub 3 to the heat exchanger 1, and the water between the bathtub 3 and the heat exchanger 1 is The water does not cool down due to the circulation.

The trap is inserted from one end and the tip opening 4a is projected into the hot water reservoir 5a of the hot water supply pipe 5 to form a trap, and the hot water is moved by the air lift action, but this is not limited to this embodiment. For example, as shown in FIG. 2, the discharge pipe 10a
The air lift pipe 11 is inserted into the inside of the hot water supply pipe 10b and the air lift pipe 1 is integrated.
Alternatively, one end 11a of the hot water tank 1 may be made to protrude into the hot water reservoir 10c, and the other end 11b may be brought into close contact within the discharge pipe 10a to form a trap, and the hot water may be moved to the hot water supply pipe 10b by an air lift effect. In FIG. 2, the same components as those in FIG. 1 are given the same reference numerals, and the explanation thereof will be omitted.

The heat exchanged hot water is transferred from the discharge pipe to the hot water supply pipe to circulate the water in the bathtub, and when the heat exchanger is not in heating operation, the tip opening of the discharge pipe is at a position higher than the water surface of the bathtub. Hot water does not circulate backwards from the hot water supply port to the heat exchanger, and even if the heat exchanger is cooled by outside air, the hot water in the bathtub does not get cold.
