す斜視図、第５図は従来の送風機を示す背面図、
第６図は同じくその側面図、第７図は同じくリー
ド線８とプリント基板７の接続を示す側面図であ
る。 尚、各図中同一符号は同一又は相当部分を示し
、１は枠体、２は通風路、３は軸支持部、４は取
付足、５は固定子、６は羽根、７はプリント基板
、８はリード線、１１は軸受、１３は回転軸、１
４は回転子、１６は磁石、１８は嵌合凹部、１９
は接続具、２０は係止部である。
２図は同じくその背面図、第３図は同じくリード
線８と接続具１９の接続部分を示す断面図、第４
図は接続具１９とプリント基板７の接続部分を示
す斜視図、第５図は従来の送風機を示す背面図、
第６図は同じくその側面図、第７図は同じくリー

る。 尚、各図中同一符号は同一又は相当部分を示し
、１は枠体、２は通風路、３は軸支持部、４は取
付足、５は固定子、６は羽根、７はプリント基板
、８はリード線、１１は軸受、１３は回転軸、１
４は回転子、１６は磁石、１８は嵌合凹部、１９
は接続具、２０は係止部である。
Claims (1)
- 通風路を形成した枠体と、この枠体に取付足を
介して上記通風路のほぼ中央に設けられた軸支持
部と、この軸支持部に設けられた軸受と、上記軸
支持部に設けられた固定子と、上記軸受に嵌合し
回動可能に設けられた回転軸と、この回転軸に固
着され上記固定子の周側に対向する磁石を有する
回転子と、上記固定子と電気的に接続されたプリ
ント基板と、このプリント基板に接続されるリー
ド線とを備え、上記リード線を上記プリント基板
と接続するピンを有する接続具を介して設けると
ともに、取付足に上記接続具が嵌着される嵌合凹
部を設け、上記嵌合凹部を熱変形することにより
上記接続具を固着するようにしたことを特徴とす
る送風機。
