Claims (1)
- 円筒状のセラミツク筒と、セラミツク筒内に対
向させて収納される一対のニツケル製の電極と、
上記電極の対向面の間に介装された軟質マイカか
らなる絶縁板と、セラミツク筒の両端開口を封止
し、セラミツク筒内にアルゴンガスなどの不活性
ガスを封入すると共に電極及び絶縁板を固定する
金属板とを備え、上記セラミツク筒の内壁の絶縁
板の介装部分の全周にわたつて突条あるいは凹状
を周設して成ることを特徴とするアレスタ。
