【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は例えば、コンセントやブザー等の電
気機器を造営材に取り付ける取付枠に関し、その
目的とするところは熱可塑性樹脂の塑造成型によ
つて形成することにより造営材と電気機器とを絶
縁することができると共に、取付枠に固着して電
気機器の取付ねじが螺合する金具の固着強度を向

て金具8の収納室5bを形成してなり、貫通孔5
aよりも収納室5bは大きく形成し更に第2図a
に示す如く貫通孔5aの収納室5b側には円周状
の突起5cを形成している。5dは案内部であ
る。金具8は多角形に形成すると共に、収納室5
bよりも大きく形成し、略中央には電気機器Xの
ねじ9が螺合するねじ孔10を形成し、少くとも
下面8aには、治具Yによつて金具8を加熱して
圧入する際に収納室5b側壁の溶融した樹脂の流
入部11を形成している。尚、この実施例にあつ
ては、傾斜面によつて流入部11を形成している
が、段部によつて形成してもよく更に、側面8b
に溝を形成することによつて一層金具8の固着強
度を強くすることができる。12は金具8の上面
8cに形成した流入部であり、溶融した樹脂がね
じ孔10の方向に流れ出し、ねじ孔10を塞ぐこ
