Generally, after rice is planted or after rainfall, trenches are cut to drain water to prevent root rot. That is, after draining excess water in a rice field in advance, one groove is cut every five to six ridges, and the water is collected in this groove and drained.

Conventionally, such groove cutting work has been carried out using a motorized device, which is heavy and inconvenient to transport. Moreover, in the conventional device, the groove cutting section is approximately rectangular parallelepiped-shaped, and the groove cutting operation is performed while pushing this.
The resistance is large and it is not possible to cut a good groove.
Moreover, there was a problem that the cut grooves were damaged. Furthermore, there was a risk that a large amount of mud or the like would adhere to the device itself, making it difficult to perform trench cutting work for a long time.

That is, the present invention includes a handle rod 1, a groove section 2,
It consists of a connecting rod 3 that connects the handle rod and the grooved portion, and a weight accommodating portion 4, and the handle rod is slidably horizontally suspended on one end of the connecting rod, and the The groove cutting tool is formed by combining groove cutting parts and placing the weight accommodating part on the upper part of the groove cutting parts, and the main body 5 of the groove cutting part is formed in a boat shape, and the side surfaces thereof are formed into a boat shape. extended horizontally,
A groove cutter is provided in which at least a part of the blade part 6 is gradually made wider.

First, a handle rod 1 is horizontally suspended from one end of a connecting rod 3 so as to be slidable left and right. Therefore, the handle can be freely moved from side to side, and grooves can be cut regardless of whether the person is right-handed or left-handed, and according to the topography of the place where the groove cutting work is to be performed. By providing appropriate grips 7 on both ends of the handle rod 1, the groove cutting work can be carried out more reliably.

Furthermore, a grooved portion 2 is coupled to the other end of the connecting rod 3. The connecting rod 3 is connected to the grooved portion 2 so as to form an acute angle with the connecting rod 3 so as to be inclined toward the traveling direction (to the left in FIG. 3).

Here, the main body 5 of the grooved portion is formed into a boat shape. That is, the main body 5 of the groove section has a vertical cross-sectional shape in the shape of a boat's bottom as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, and a cross-sectional shape with a tapered tip as shown in FIG. 4. I am doing it.

Further, the upper part of the side surface of the main body 5 of the grooved portion extends horizontally, and at least a portion thereof is formed into a blade portion 6 that gradually becomes wider. In this way, it is necessary for the blade portion 6 to gradually widen the width, but it is not necessarily necessary to gradually widen the width over the entire side surface of the main body 5 at the grooved portion, and as shown in FIG. It is sufficient to gradually widen the width from the end (left side in FIG. 4) to the middle.

A weight accommodating part 4 is placed on the upper part of such a grooved part 2. In the figure, the weight accommodating part 4 is shown to be cylindrical with a substantially elliptical cross-sectional shape, but it is not limited to this and may be in any shape such as a cylinder or a rectangular tube. The accommodating portion may be anything that can accommodate the weight. When using the groove cutting tool, a metal weight or the like may be placed in the weight storage portion 4, but normally it may be filled with mud or the like from the work place. There is no particular restriction on the size of the weight accommodating section 4, but it may be of any size as long as it can normally hold about 7 kg of mud or the like. By increasing or decreasing the weight of the weight, the depth of the groove can be freely selected. By filling approximately 90% of the weight storage area with mud, etc.
Can cut grooves approximately 13cm long and 13cm deep. The weight accommodating portion 4 may be installed perpendicularly to the upper surface of the blade portion 6 as shown in FIGS. By placing it in place, you can easily put mud or the like into it without using a scoop or the like.
That is, to put mud or the like into the weight accommodating part 4, it can be done by tilting the groove cutter so that the grip part 8 faces downward (towards the rice field) and pulling it. In this case, the smaller the angular difference between the connecting rod 3 and the weight accommodating portion, the easier it is to fill with mud or the like.

Furthermore, by forming the grip portion 8 on the connecting rod 3, the groove cutter can be carried even more easily.
In addition, the reference numeral 9 in the figure is a reinforcing plate for reinforcing the joint state between the connecting rod and the grooved portion 2. Such reinforcing plates can also be provided at multiple locations.

In order to perform groove cutting work using the groove cutting tool of the present invention, after putting a required amount of weight such as mud into the weight storage part 4, cut a groove in a predetermined field such as a ridge to be grooved. bury the groove cutting part 2 in mud to a predetermined depth, hold the handle bar 1, pull the groove cutter, and walk. In addition, in the case of rice fields, 5 to 6 grooves are cut.
Just cut one groove for each ridge of the book.

In the grooving tool of the present invention, since the main body of the grooving part is formed in a boat shape, the grooving work can be performed quickly with less resistance. Furthermore, it is stable and can perform good groove cutting.

Further, since the groove cutter of the present invention has a blade portion in which at least a portion thereof is gradually widened, it does not sink into the soil and can flatten excavated mud. Therefore, the trench cutting tool can be cut with no mud and soil can be cut for a long period of time.

Moreover, since the grooving tool of the present invention does not use a motor or the like, there is no trouble caused by this, and it is extremely lightweight, making it extremely easy to handle and carry.
