- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ Ｘ線管への電源を開閉制御するスイツチ回路
を、高圧変圧器の一次側Ｙ巻線の中性点に接続し
てなる三相式のＸ線高電圧装置において、自己消
弧形のスイツチング素子により前記スイツチ回路
を構成することを特徴とするＸ線高電圧装置。 ２ 前記自己消弧形のスイツチング素子は、タイ
マで設定されたオン期間の開始直後に、短時間オ
フする休止期間を有して駆動されることを特徴と
する請求項１記載のＸ線高電圧装置。
