本考案は、時計ケースに金属バンドを密着して

従来この種の先〓構造は、基板の先端側中央部
に巻回部を一体に設け、先端側両端部に係合片を
一体に設けた先〓を採用し、先〓の基板を時計バ
ンドの先端部裏面にプロジエクシヨン溶接により
取付けている。一方金属バンドの一種に、バンド
本体を形成した後に上面仕上げをし、次に型打に
よりエツチング風模様をつけたバンドがある。第
4図にこのようなバンドの先〓構造を示す。天板
部1は、バンド2と同様の上面仕上げ、型打がし
てあり、天板部1と先〓3の上面を密着させた状
態で先〓3の巻回部4の上部のプロジエクシヨン
4aで両者を溶接し、次にバンド2の先端裏面を
先〓3の基板5のプロジエクシヨン5aで溶接し
て先〓とバンドが連結される。しかしながら時計
ケースの薄形化により時計バンドも薄くなり、従
つて天板部1の厚さも薄いためプロジエクシヨン
溶接の際に圧痕1aが天板部1の表面にできてし
まうことがあつた。先駒には既に型打でエツチン
グ風模様がつけてあり、その圧痕を取除くことは
困難であり、そのために外観を損う恐れがあつ

けられたプロジエクシヨンにより先〓に溶接する
ことによりバンド先端に先駒及び先〓を取付けた

接し、先〓と先駒がバンド11に取付けられ、バ
