【考案の詳細な説明】 〈考案の技術分野〉 本考案はフアクシミリ等で用いられるサーマル
プリンタに関し、特にサーマルヘツドの振動を防
止するための取付構造の改良に関するものであ
る。

〈技術の背景〉 サーマルプリンタのサーマルヘツドは、多数の
発熱素子を表面に有し、この表面をプラテンロー
ラに対面させて配置し、プラテンローラ上の感熱
紙上に上記発熱素子を選択的に発熱させることに
より所望の印字ドツトを形成するものである。プ
ラテンローラは紙送り運動のため断続的に回転
し、この回転に伴いサーマルヘツドが振動する。
均一で鮮明な印字を得るためには、このようなサ
ーマルヘツドの振動は防止されなければならな
い。

ローラ側に圧接させて支持するものである。しか
しながら、このような構造においては、プラテン
ローラの断続回転に伴い、特にサーマルヘツドの
自由端部である用紙送り方向に関し後方の端部が
振動しこの振動によりプラテンローラへの圧接部
も振動し均一で鮮明な印字が得られず、また振動
による騒音が発生していた。

たサーマルヘツドの取付構造の提供を目的とす
る。

に固定したサーマルヘツドの取付構造において、
プラテンローラ上の紙送り方向に関し後方側のサ
ーマルヘツド端部に、該後方向かつて突出する弾
性板と、装置筐体側に固定され、該弾性板に対し
てプラテンローラ方向により当接する受け板とを
設けたことを特徴とするサーマルヘツドの取付構
造が提供される。

り感熱紙3が矢印A方向に移送される。サーマル
ヘツド2はプラテンローラ1の軸方向に長手方向
を有する矩形体であり、板バネ4により長手方向
の2点で支持される。板バネ4の一端はサーマル
ヘツド2のプラテンローラ1との対面部背面近傍
にネジ止め固定され、他端はプリンタ装置本体を
構成する筐体フレーム5にネジ止め固定される。
感熱紙3の送り方向に関し後方側のサーマルヘツ
ド2の端部にゴム板6が突出して固定される。こ
のゴム板6に対し下側(プラテンローラ側)から
当接するストツパ用受け板7が筐体フレーム5に
固定される。サーマルヘツド2の後方自由端部の
運動はゴム板6が受け板7に当接することにより
吸収されるためサーマルヘツド2の振動が抑制さ
れる。

うに構成したため振動による印字ムラがなくなり
均一で鮮明な印字が得られ、また振動による騒音
の発生が防止される。
