Abstract

PURPOSE:To mold an initial drawing shape only by a mold of one set of male and female molds by pressing the outer surface cutter of the female mold to the outer wall face of the male mold, sliding a thermally sliding cutter toward the base of the inwardly inclining outer wall face of the male mold, and pressing the outer surface of a laminated sheet to the base of the outer wall face for a predetermined period of time. CONSTITUTION:When a laminated sheet 40 is disposed between heated male and female molds 10 and 20 and the molds are engaged, the pattern pressing cutter 21 of the female mold 20 is pressed to the groove of the male mold 10 to form an uneven pattern of a predetermined shape of the surface of the laminated sheet 40, while the outer surface cutter 22 of the female mold 20 is simultaneously pressed to the outer wall face 121 of the male mold 10 so that the outer surface of the laminated sheet 40 becomes a tensile state between the male and female molds 10 and 20. Thereafter, the hydraulic cylinder 32 of a slide heating press 30 disposed on the male mold 20 is operated to slide a heating slide cutter 31 to the base 121a' of the inwardly inclined face of the male mold 10 to press the outer surface of the laminated sheet 40 to the base 121a' of the inwardly inclined face for a predetermined period of time, thereby molding a cushion body having an initially drawn shape, i.e., with an undercut part.

[Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to a cushion body molding method that uses a cushion body mold consisting of a male mold and a female mold to hot press a laminated sheet into a substantially box-shaped container shape to mold the cushion body. . [Prior Art] Conventionally, as a cushion body molding die used in the cushion body molding method (1), for example, those described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 57-5697 and Publication Utility Model Publication No. 59-8595 are known. These cushion body molds include a male mold that is box-shaped in plan view and has a gentle ridge and a recess, and a female mold that has heated press blades located at the recess and outer wall of the male mold. A laminated sheet is placed between them, and then a male die and a female die are pressed together to form the laminated sheet into a box shape having an undulating surface. Note that in these female molds, the heated press blade on the outer peripheral wall is arranged perpendicularly to the mold substrate. In addition, as for the vacuum forming method and its apparatus, for example, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 56-160820, Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 52-1227
4 and JP-A-51-54669 are known. [Issue to be Solved by the Invention 1] By the way, as mentioned above, ■The female die of the shoe 21 body molding mold used in the conventional shoe body molding method has a structure in which all the hot press blades are perpendicular to the mold substrate. Although it was possible to form an undulating shape on the surface, it was not possible to form a shape bent toward the inside of the mold. For this reason, for example, by using a male model with a box-shaped outer wall surface that slopes inward toward the base, 2791 with an original drawing shape (so-called undercut)
In the case of molding 7 bodies, the male and female molds are fitted together to form a laminated sheet, and then the outer periphery of the fire-formed laminated sheet is molded to match the shape of the outer wall of the male mold. The secondary forming to bend must be done in a separate device, and in this secondary forming, there is slack in the corners, so it is better to have a good original drawn shape.Usually, techniques such as gathering stitches are required. The loose parts were squeezed out, which caused unnecessary wrinkles and spoiled the appearance of the 27917 body. In addition, 27791 by the vacuum forming method as shown above
With the molding method described above, it is impossible to mold a laminated sheet consisting of a flexible polyurethane sheet with open air cells and a knitted or woven fabric with air permeability covering at least the surface of the sheet. When using a breathable surface material, or when using a breathable surface material, it is necessary to laminate a non-breathable film, etc., which impairs the surface texture and requires the surface material to stretch, resulting in high costs. This is a factor. The present invention has been made in view of such conventional technical problems, and it is possible to mold a cutter body having an original drawing shape, that is, an undercut portion, using only a pair of male and female molds. Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for molding a shoelace body that is free from wrinkles and has a good appearance. [Means for Solving the Problem] The present invention uses a cushion body forming mold consisting of a male mold and a female mold to hot press a laminated sheet into a substantially box-shaped container shape to form a cushion body. In the method, a laminated sheet consisting of a flexible polyurethane sheet having open air cells and a knitted fabric or woven fabric having air permeability covering at least the surface of the flexible polyurethane sheet is used as the laminated sheet, and the above-mentioned cutsilon body molding mold is used. a male mold having an outer wall with at least one side sloping inward toward the base, and a flange portion provided around the base;
The laminated sheet, which has a peripheral blade that is pressed against the flange portion of the male mold and is sandwiched between the seven rung portions and the peripheral blade, is heated and pressed under tension to the base of the inwardly inclined outer wall surface of the male mold. The present invention provides a method for molding a cushion body, which is characterized by using a cushion body mold consisting of a female mold provided with a sliding heating press means having a heating sliding blade.

In this example, a cushion body mold A used for an automobile seat will be taken as an example. That is, a cushion body mold A used in this example will be explained. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the cushion body mold A mainly includes a male mold 10 and a female mold 20.
It is composed of. The male mold 1O is a convex mold made of a heat transfer material and placed on the lower heating plate Pl of the press molding machine P, and has three copperpan-shaped protuberances 11 with slightly different shapes arranged in parallel in a box shape. ,
A convex portion 12 is formed, a groove portion 13 is formed between each protrusion 11 of the convex portion 12, and a flange portion 14 is provided around the base of the convex portion 12. Note that a pair of opposing outer wall surfaces 121 of the convex portion 12 are formed as inner inclined surfaces 121a that are inclined inward toward the base. Further, the material of this male die 10 is aluminum, iron, brass, etc., which have high thermal conductivity. On the other hand, the female mold 20 is a concave mold made of a heat transfer material installed on the upper heating plate P2 of the press molding machine P, and is a convex mold part 1 of the male mold 10.
2, and an outer circumference pressing blade 22 that is pressed against the flange portion 14 along the outer wall surface 121 of the convex portion 12. In addition, a set of relative top walls 221 facing the set of inner inclined surfaces 121a of the male die 10 of the outer peripheral pushing blade 22 are provided with a laminated sheet 40, which will be described later, at the base portion 121a' of each inner inclined surface 121a. Heated sliding blade 31 that can be pressed and heated
A sliding heating press device 30 having the following is provided. This sliding heating press device 30 is composed of the heating manual blade 31 and the hydraulic cylinder 32, and the relative top wall 221
The main body 32a of the hydraulic cylinder 32 is installed on the outer surface near the base of the sliding blade storage opening 221, which is a storage area for the heated sliding blade 31 formed in the relative top wall 221 by the tip of the rod 32b.
The rod 32 is inserted into the female mold 20 through the rod 32.
The horizontally elongated heated sliding blade 31, which is slightly shorter than the horizontal width of the relative ceiling wall 221, is attached to the tip of b. Note that two hydraulic cylinders 32 are installed at a predetermined interval on each relative ceiling wall 221, and the heated sliding blade 31 is fitted and stored in the sliding blade storage opening 221a of the relative ceiling wall 221. . Further, the female die 20 is made of a material such as iron, which has high thermal conductivity and is durable against pressure. The laminated sheet 40 is composed of a top sheet 41, a soft polyurethane sheet 42, and a back sheet 43. The soft polyurethane sheet 42 is bonded to the top sheet 41 and the back sheet 43 by, for example, adhesion or heat melting. Immediately before molding or press molding, adhesive is applied to both sides of the soft polyurethane sheet 42 using a roll coater or spray (not shown), and the remaining surface sheet 41 is
and a back sheet 43 are sequentially laminated to form a mold. This surface sheet) 41 can be appropriately selected from knitted fabric or woven fabric, taking into account the desired performance, design, molding conditions, etc., as long as it fosters air permeability, or a soft polyurethane sheet. 42 has open air cells. Thickness 1-2
0■ flexible polyurethane foam is used. Further, the back sheet 43 is made of breathable cloth or woven cloth. Next, the method for molding the shoe 91 body according to the present invention will be explained in the fourth to fifth steps.
To explain while also referring to the figure, the male mold 10 is heated in advance to 140 to 200°C and the female mold 20 to 120 to 180°C, and the laminated sheet 40 is placed between the male mold 10 and the female mold 20. When the molds are fitted together, the pattern pressing blade 21 of the female mold 20 is pressed against the groove 13 of the male mold 10, forming an undulating pattern of a predetermined shape on the surface of the laminated sheet 40, and at the same time, the outer wall surface of the male mold 10 is pressed. 121 is the outer peripheral blade 22 of the female mold 20.
is pressed so that the outer periphery of the laminated sheet 40 forms the male mold 10 and the female mold 2.
It becomes a tension state between 0 and 0. After that, the hydraulic cylinder 32 of the sliding heating press device 3° disposed in the female mold 20 is activated to slide the heating sliding blade 31 to the base 121 a' of the inner inclined surface 121 a of the male mold 10, and the stacking process is performed. By pressing the outer peripheral part of the sheet 40 against the base part 121a' of this inner inclined surface 121a for a predetermined period of time, a shoe sheen body B having an original drawing shape as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, that is, an undercut part is formed. . As a result, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the shoe sheen body B in the originally drawn shape can be molded using only a pair of male and female molds, and has a good appearance without wrinkles. The cushion body B can be molded. In addition, in the cushion body forming mold used in this example, the heating sliding blade 31 when stored is fitted and stored in the sliding blade storage opening 221a of the relative top wall 221 of the female mold 20, so that the male mold 1O and When the female mold 20 is fitted, the heating sliding blade 31 does not come into contact with the male mold 10 and prevent the fitting. In addition, in this embodiment, the inner inclined surface 121a of the male die 10 is
Although it is formed on a pair of opposing outer wall surfaces 121 of the convex part 12, it is only necessary to form it on at least the outer wall 1ii121 of one side of the convex part 12, and the number of sliding hot press devices 30 to be arranged also depends on the inner slope. This number is the same as the number of surfaces 121a formed. Further, although the first embodiment shows a means having the hydraulic cylinder 32 as the sliding heating press means, it may also be a means having an actuator such as an air cylinder or a manual operating device. Furthermore, the heating blade 31 is not limited to the above-mentioned shape, and the application of this 27917 molding method is not limited to cushion bodies for automobile shoe seats, but can also be applied to the production of 27917 for furniture, bedding, etc. Can be used. Further, the laminated sheet 40 only needs to have a top sheet 41 laminated thereon as a sheet material covering at least the surface.
The back sheet 43 covering the back surface is not necessarily required. (Effects of the Invention) According to the present invention, it is possible to freely express surface unevenness designs without impairing the inherent soft feel of a flexible polyurethane sheet, and furthermore, it is possible to freely express an uneven design on the surface of a flexible polyurethane sheet without impairing its original soft feel. The shoe 91 body can be molded using only a pair of male and female molds, and a 27917 shoe body having a good appearance without wrinkles can be obtained.
