期発振器を示すブロツク図である。 図において、１は基準周波数信号、２は分周器
Ａ、３は位相比較器、４は電圧制御発振器、５は
分周器Ｂ、６は安定化電源、７は抵抗、８はコン
デンサを示す。なお、図中、同一符号は同一、ま
たは相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 電圧制御発振器、位相比較器、複数の分周器か
らなる位相同期発振器において、前記位相比較器
、および前記分周器にＣ―ＭＯＳＩＣを使用し、
このＣ―ＭＯＳＩＣからの不要信号の電源への逆
流を、各々のＣ―ＭＯＳＩＣの電源供給端子に直
列に抵抗を接続することにより抑圧したことを特
徴とする位相同期発振器。
