Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） 本発明は複写機、ファクシミリ、レーザービーム、プリ
ンタ、印刷機等の画像形成装置又は仕分け、綴じを行う
シート処理装置内に設けられたシート搬送装置に関する
。
（従来技術） １対のシートガイド板でシート搬送路を形成し、このシ
ートガイド板の少くとも一方が開閉自在とし、搬送路内
でジャムが発生した時、ジャム紙を取り除くようにした
シート搬送装置は従来周知である。
（発明が解決しようとする課題） 近年、複写機能の多様化に伴いシート搬送路は複雑化し
、搬送路長自体も長大化しており、上記従来技術に於て
ジャムシートを取り除くためのシートガイド板の開閉用
の専有スペースを設けていたので、装置全体が大型化す
るという問題点があった。
（発明の構成・動作） 本発明は上記問題点を解決することを目的とし、１対の
シートガイド部材を略平行に一定問隔で配設して複数の
シート搬送路を形成し、少くともその一方のシートガイ
ド部材を開閉自在となしたシート搬送装置に於て、前記
複数のシート搬送路の対向面側のシートガイド部材を共
有空間内で開閉自在としたことを特徴とするものである
。
以下、図示した実施例に基づいて具体的に説明する。
第１図、第２図に示す如くベース１に分配ユニット下２
と分配ユニット上３及び搬送ユニット４をセットしてあ
り、ガイド板５と分配従動ガイド板６が向い合って配設
され共有空間７内で互いに開閉自在になっている２ 第３図は分配ユニット上３の拡大図である。
第４図は分配ユニット上３の上面図である。
５ａはガイド板５を開けた時の状態、６ａは分配従動ガ
イド板６を開けた状態を示している。
ガイド板５と分配従動ガイド板６は機械実画のＡ部を中
心に回転し、駆動ローラ８と従動ローラ９にはさまれた
シートを除去する時にガイド板５を開けて取出しを行い
、分配ローラ１０と分配従動ローラ１１にはさまれたシ
ートを除去する時に分配従動ガイド板６を開けて取出し
を行えるようにしている。
Ａ部は後側板１２に固定された回転支持ブラケット１３
にピン１４がカシメられており、このピン１４にガイド
板５に取付けた回転保持ブラケット１５の穴をセットす
ることにより、ピン１４を中心にガイド板５及び分配従
動ガイド板６は開閉する。
（効　果） 本発明によると１対のシートガイド部材を略平行に一定
間隔で配設して複数のシート搬送路を形成し、少くとも
その一方のシートガイド部材を開閉自在となしたシート
搬送装置に於て、前記複数のシート搬送路の対向面側の
シートガイド部材を共有空間内で開閉自在としであるの
で、シート搬送路での専有スペースを低減でき装置全体
を小型化でき、又ジャムシート取り除きスペースが共有
になっている分ジャムシート取り出し時の操作性が向上
し、シート搬送路を簡易化することができる。

Claims (3)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）１対のシートガイド部材を略平行に一定間隔で配
    設して複数のシート搬送路を形成し、少くともその一方
    のシートガイド部材を開閉自在となしたシート搬送装置
    に於て、前記複数のシート搬送路の対向面側のシートガ
    イド部材を共有空間内で開閉自在としたことを特徴とす
    るシート搬送装置。
  2. （２）前記対向シートガイド部材は前記シート搬送路の
    シート搬送方向と直交する方向に開閉自在としたことを
    特徴とする請求項１記載のシート搬送装置。
  3. （３）前記対向したシート搬送路は略垂直状態に設置さ
    れていることを特徴とする請求項１、２記載のシート搬
    送装置。
