This type of board that has been used in the past includes A Special Publication No. 51-29339 and B Utsuko No. 51-11882.
No., C Jitsukō No. 54-26649, etc. However, the above board had various problems. In other words, if rainwater is blown by the wind on board A, the rainwater will leak to the back side because it is simply a connecting structure between flat plates, corroding the edges and pillars, and adding moisture to rooms and closets. There were some drawbacks. In addition, the board B had the disadvantage that it was weak in tensile force because the length of the sloped part of the lower edge to the rising part was long, and that only an exterior without joints could be formed. Moreover, although the exterior was originally without joints, the construction technology resulted in exteriors consisting of joints of varying widths, with and without joints, which was disadvantageous. In addition, this board has a complicated side shape, making it difficult and expensive to mold.Furthermore, there are no reinforcing ribs on the flat part, so warping, twisting, etc. appear on the decorative surface, spoiling the aesthetic appearance. It was hot. Furthermore, since all the boards do not have a backing material, condensation can form on the back side of the decorative surface, causing rust, and the wall itself lacks heat insulation, fireproofing, and soundproofing properties, and the decorative surface cannot be prevented from deforming. The problem was that it was easily deformed and lacked connection strength. Also, the board A~
No matter which type C is used, the connecting parts of the boards are often in direct contact with the base material, so condensation often corrodes the base material, and the structure is susceptible to vibration and deformation due to earthquakes, etc. Because it was directly transmitted, it had the disadvantage of being easily disengaged.

In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention forms the lower edge of the decorative surface of the plate serving as the surface material into a U-shaped vertical section, and the vertical section is scalene along the longitudinal direction of the decorative surface. In addition to being trapezoidal, at least one decorative groove is formed in the same shape as the vertical cross section of the joint when forming the wall, making the joint a unified pattern on the wall, giving it a beautiful appearance. An engaging part is provided at the upper end to form the joint as described above from the inclined part, the joint base part, and the rib-like protrusion, and it serves as a decorative surface, a locking part, an inclined part, and a backing material. In addition to integrating the constituent materials into the space surrounded by the sheet-like material using self-adhesive properties, the synthetic resin foam that also serves as the core material is integrally filled to create a decorative surface that does not sag, deform, warp, or twist, and is connected. In addition, the upper end of the sheet material protrudes outward beyond the edge of the plate having the locking part to improve the waterproofness, corrosion resistance, and heat insulation properties of the connection part. It strengthens the cushioning properties, uses the protruding parts of the sheet material for temporary fixing during construction, allows construction to be carried out accurately and efficiently, and furthermore, the decorative grooves and joints are almost the same. We propose a board that can be printed to create a beautiful tone to create a wall with a beautiful appearance.

An embodiment of the board according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. That is, in the above board, as shown in FIG. 1, the back surface of a molded surface material 1 is filled with a synthetic resin foam 15 (hereinafter simply referred to as foam), the back surface is covered with a back surface material 17, and these constituent materials are are integrally formed using self-adhesive properties during the formation of the foam. To explain further, the surface material 1 includes a primer steel plate, a color steel plate, a galvanized iron plate, a galvanized iron plate, an aluminum plate,
A metal plate such as a stainless steel plate, which is a flat plate or an embossed plate, or a synthetic resin plate is formed into the shape shown in Figure 2 by one type of roll forming, pressing, extrusion, injection molding, etc. It is something. That is, the surface material 1 is a rectangular decorative surface 2.
, at least one cosmetic groove 3 formed along the longitudinal direction on the surface of the decorative surface 2, a locking portion 4 formed at one end of the decorative surface 2, and a locking portion having a deformed L-shaped cross section provided at the other end. It is composed of a fixing part 12 formed at the upper end of the joint part 8 and the engaging part 8 , and a colored printed pattern 18 formed in at least one of the decorative groove 3, the bottom side 5, the slope part 9, and the joint base part 10. It is. In addition, the first
The figures and FIG. 2 show the case where the colored printed pattern 18 is formed only in the decorative groove 3. To explain further, the decorative groove 3 is mainly used to prevent warping, twisting, and unevenness of the decorative surface 2, and to connect the joints of the wall when the board is installed.
This is made difficult to distinguish by the synergistic effect with the printed pattern described later, giving the wall a beautiful appearance with one unified pattern, and helping to create a three-dimensional effect despite the size. To explain further, the decorative groove 3 has a scalene trapezoidal longitudinal section, and the so-called vertical bottom surface 3a and its upper edge are angled outward at θ 1 (right angle) with the horizontal upper surface 3b perpendicular to the decorative surface 2 and the lower edge thereof. Sloped surface 3 of the lower surface that slopes backward upward at θ 2 (acute angle)
It was formed from c. In addition, the locking part 4 is formed by bending one end (lower end in this case) of the decorative surface 2 inward in an L-shape to form a so-called horizontal base 5 with an angle of θ 3 =90° to the decorative surface 2. The locking piece 6 is inclined approximately vertically or slightly inward, and the tip of the locking piece 6 is bent outward or inward in a seam-like manner (not shown).
The bottom side 5 is a locking piece 6.
In addition to minimizing the deformation of the locking part 4 by shortening the length of the locking piece 6, the shading created by the right angle promotes the three-dimensional appearance of the joint. The tongue piece 7 functions as a guide, a stable support piece, and a waterproof surface, and the tongue piece 7 forms a gap to prevent capillary phenomenon from occurring at the engagement part with the protrusion described later. This prevents the blade from becoming sharp like a knife and helps eliminate danger during work. Furthermore, the engaging portion 8 includes an inclined portion 9 that slopes rearward upward at an angle θ' 2 corresponding to the angle θ 2 at the upper end of the decorative surface 2, and a joint base portion 10 that extends vertically upward from the edge thereof. The rib-shaped protrusion 11 inclined at an angle θ 4 (acute angle) with respect to the surface of the joint base portion 10 is formed into a substantially L-shaped vertical cross section, and mainly functions as a joint base, and further functions as a locking portion. 4 , reduces the contact of the surface material 1 with the base material, the rim, etc., is useful for vibration isolation, and houses the synthetic resin foam described later, and prevents leakage of raw materials. It is useful as a shape material with a longitudinal section.
To explain further, the slope part 9 improves the flow of rainwater, prevents rainwater from accumulating in the joint basement part 10, and promotes the three-dimensional appearance when the joint is formed.
Moreover, it is useful for increasing the range of work.
Further, the joint base portion 10 consists of a vertical surface or a substantially vertical surface, and serves as a waterproof base for the joint portion and as a guide for the locking piece 6.
are engaged under a certain elasticity, and the capillary phenomenon between the locking piece 6 and the protrusion 11 is prevented by reinforcing the rain cover and preventing deformation of the surface material 1 and forming the triangular bent part 11a. and the lower edge of the outer surface 11b is lower than the lower edge of the inner surface 11c by Δh
This horizontally protrudes to reduce the contact area between the base and the engaging portion 8 , and also serves as one side wall of the mold for storing the raw material for the foam 15. especially,
The horizontal surface 11d protruding by Δh allows the use of a flat plate material such as a steel belt to convey the surface material 1 , and the rotation speed can be much higher than that of a mold such as a caterpillar, which greatly improves productivity. This also leads to cost reduction. In addition,
It is preferable that the angle θ 4 is such that only the surface in contact with the tongue piece 7 is inclined in order to strengthen the engagement force. The specific angle θ 4 is selected depending on dimensions such as the height h 1 of the base 5 and the width W of the surface material 1 . Further, the fixing part 12 is a vertically extending lower edge of the outer side 11d of the protrusion 11, and is mainly formed by extending the lower edge of the outer side 11d of the protrusion 11 vertically .
This is useful for fixing to the base (frame, studs, frame, base board) A via nails B in a location where rainwater will not leak, as shown in Figure 3. Note that a tongue piece 13 is formed at the tip of the fixing part 12 as necessary.
This is mainly useful for preventing danger during construction and preventing deformation such as waving of the fixed part 12.
Reference numeral 14 denotes a concave portion surrounded by the decorative surface 2, the decorative groove 3, the bottom side 5, and the back surfaces of the inclined portion 9. The foam 15 is integrally filled into the recess 14 using its self-adhesive property, and mainly functions as a heat insulating material, a core material, a cushion material, a reinforcing material, an adhesive, a soundproofing material, a moisture proofing material, and a rust preventing material. . Its shape is the recess 14
In addition, the end portion near the locking portion 4 is formed into a gap 1 having a substantially triangular shape or a rectangular shape (not shown).
6 is cut out so that it is formed between the bottom side 5 and the locking piece 6. In addition, the raw materials for Foam 15 include resins for polyurethane foam, resins for polyisocyanurate foam, resins for phenol foam, and flame retardants and flame retardant aids (borax, sodium metaborate, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, antimony trioxide, bentonite,
It consists of one or more of the following: pearlite grains, shirasu balloons). Note that in order to form the foam 15, the raw material is discharged into the recess 14,
They are laid down, reacted and foamed, and are integrated using their self-adhesive properties. Back material 17
covers the back side of the foam 15 to make the board a sandwich structure, thereby improving the mechanical strength of the board itself and protecting the foam 15.
Examples include asbestos paper, kraft grade, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al, Pb,
Fe), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet,
It is made of one type of glass cloth, a combination of one or more of these types, or a sheet that has been treated with waterproofing or flame retardant treatment. In addition,
More preferably, the upper end of the back material 17 is bonded to the back surface of the fixing part 12. Furthermore, the colored printed pattern 18 is made by applying colored ink to the bottom surface 3a and the inclined surface so that the decorative groove 3 has the same brightness as the joint C (shown in FIG. 3) formed when the boards are interconnected. It is applied to the surface 3c, and is finished with clear, which also serves as a cover for the bent portion of the decorative groove 3. Another function of the colored printed pattern 18 is that it is also formed on the bottom side 5, the inclined part 9, and the joint base part 10 to further enhance the depth of the joint C and create a three-dimensional effect. Here, to briefly explain the sizes of the above-mentioned parts, in the decorative groove 3, the length l 1 of the bottom surface 3a, the width W 1 and the depth d of the opening of the decorative groove 3, and the locking piece 6 in the locking part 4 . The length l 2 of

As mentioned above, according to the board according to the present invention,
Capillary action does not occur in the continuous structure of the locking part and the engaging part, and rainwater does not leak into the inside of the plate due to the tongue of the locking part and the protrusion of the engaging part. It has the characteristic that it does not corrode the foundation or the inside of the wall. Additionally, the board is fixed in a location where rainwater does not infiltrate, which has the advantage of preventing rust from forming on the fixtures. Furthermore, since the decorative grooves are formed on the decorative surface, the long board will not warp, twist, or deteriorate its appearance due to scratches. Moreover, since the decorative groove has a scalene trapezoidal longitudinal section, the appearance is the same as the joint when the boards are connected, and the joint functions as a pattern like a conventional wall, making it possible to create a wall with a beautiful appearance. There is. In addition, the decorative grooves and joints have a scalene trapezoidal vertical cross section, which allows for better drainage and creates a three-dimensional effect rather than the actual dimensions. Furthermore, by creating a height difference of Δh between the joint base and the fixed part, and by matching the height relationship between the locking part and the engaging part, there is less area in direct contact between the base and the board, and the cushion Since the synthetic resin foam, which also has good elasticity, is interposed, the transmission of vibration to the board is small, and the connection part has the advantage of being difficult to separate. In addition, because the recess is integrally filled with foam and the back side is covered with a backing material, it has a sanderch structure, and when a wall is formed, it has sound insulation, heat insulation, vibration damping, fire resistance, and dew condensation resistance. , and mechanical strength is significantly improved. In addition, since the concave portion 14 is formed to have a cross section that can be used as a mold material, it can be conveyed by a steel belt or the like, which greatly improves productivity. Furthermore, because colored printed patterns are formed in the decorative grooves, when the boards are connected, the shadows of the joints and the decorative grooves are almost the same, and when a wall is formed, the same pattern, the so-called joints and decorative grooves, are created. It has a pattern consisting of , and has characteristics that give it a beautiful appearance. Also,
When a colored printed pattern is applied to the bottom and sloped parts, it is possible to form a wall that has deeper joints with a three-dimensional appearance. What's more, the colored printing pattern includes decorative grooves and bottom edges formed by severe bending.
Since the subsurface area is coated with a clear coating, the weather resistance and corrosion resistance of the surface material can also be improved.
