Claims (1)
- 筒内面状の被研磨面に当接して当該研磨ロボツ
トを支持するローラが一端に取付けられた第１の
リンクの他端をピストンロツドに取付けられた第
１の軸受リングにピンを介して回動自在に連結す
るとともに、上記第１のリンクに一端が連結され
て連動する第２のリンクの他端をケーシングに取
付けられた第２の軸受リングにピンを介して回動
自在に連結してなることを特徴とする研磨ロボツ
ト。
