Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は駐車状況管理装置に関し、特に、駐
車料金を自動的に銀行口座から引き落とすように
するための新規な改良に関するものである。
従来、用いられていたこの種の駐車料金の管理
システムは種々あるが、日本国内では１台１台に
対してパーキングメータポールが設けられ、その
都度お金を投入して管理されていた。
また、外国におけるシステムでは、お金の代り
にメータを発行し、納付した金額が減額されてい
くように構成されていた。
しかしながら、いずれの場合においても専従チ
エツク員の人手による管理業務を必要とし、極め
て繁雑な作業を要し大変な管理コストを要してい
た。また、お金を投入する方式のパーキングメー
タポールでは、お金の盗難の問題もあつた。
この発明は以上の欠点をすみやかに除去するた
めの極めて効果的な手段を提供することを目的と
し、特に、車内に情報発振受振手段を設け、車外
の発振受振手段により情報を受信すると共に、こ
の情報が銀行口座のオンラインと接続された構成
である。
以下、図面と共にこの発明による駐車状況管理
装置の好適な実施例について述べる。
第１図は使用状況の模式図である。１は自動車
の中に設置された本装置の子機であり、２は該駐
車場に設けられた親機であり、銀行のコンピユー
タ３とオンラインで結ばれている。これにより駐
車場に駐車した車の駐車料金は自動的に銀行の預
金口座より支払われる。
第２図の本装置を説明するブロツク図により、
詳述する。
１の子機はスタートスイツチ４とストツプスイ
ツチ５と、現時刻表示部６、駐車時間表示部７、
駐車基本料金表示部８、駐車料金表示部９がコン
トロール部１０を介して接続されている。また子
機１の使用者の銀行口座関係が事前に銀行データ
メモリ１１に記録されている。コントロール部１
０にはデータ送受信部１２が接続されている。
一方２の親機は該駐車場の単位時間当りの基本
料金体系が記録されている駐車基本料金メモリ１
３と、現時刻をカウントしている時計機能部１４
がコントロール部１５に接続され、さらに、親機
２が管理する駐車スペース分に対応する駐車時間
計算部１６と駐車料金計算部１７と銀行データメ
モリ１８が接続されている。さらにコントロール
部１５には子機１からのデータを送受するデータ
送受信部１９と銀行のコンピユータ３とのオンラ
インが接続されている。
また親機２からオンライン２０で接続されてい
る銀行のコンピユータ３はコントロール部２１に
顧客データメモリ２２と預金データメモリ２３が
接続されている。
本発明によるこの装置の動作を説明すると、子
機１のスタートスイツチ４の操作により銀行デー
タメモリ１１のデータが親機２に送信され、親機
２はオンライン２０にて銀行口座と残高を確認
し、銀行データメモリ１８に登録して駐車料金と
時間を計算する。
登録された子機１に対して親機２は該駐車場の
基本料金データを駐車基本料金メモリ１３から、
現時刻データを時計機能部１４から、駐車時間デ
ータを駐車時間計算部１６から、駐車料金データ
を駐車料金計算部１７から、コントロール部１５
データ送受信部１９を介して送信する。子機１は
それらのデータを現時刻表示部６、駐車時間表示
部７、駐車基本料金表示部８、駐車料金表示部９
に表示する。
子機１にデータが表示されることにより、子機
１と親機２でデータの送受が行われていることが
確認される。
親機２は銀行データメモリ１８と駐車料金計算
部１７のデータを銀行のコンピユータ３に伝送す
ることにより自動的に使用者の口座から駐車料金
が、しかるべき駐車場管理者に支払われる。
第３図は本発明の子機の正面図であり、６は現
時刻表示部、７は駐車時間表示部、８は駐車基本
料金表示部、９は駐車料金表示部で、液晶等の表
示材で構成されている。４はスタートスイツチ、
５はストツプスイツチであり、不注意な誤操作を
防止するロツク機構等が付いている。２４は送受
信アンテナであり、２５はケースである。
このように銀行口座を登録した使用者個々のパ
ーキングメータを使用することにより、小銭等の
心配なく駐車料金を支払うことができる。
以上のように、本発明によれば、パーキングメ
ータポールからのお金の盗難を排除し、監視員と
の各種錯誤によるトラブルを排除することができ
る。また駐車料金の確実な徴集もできる等の顕著
な効果がある。
また本実施例においてはスタートスイツチとス
トツプスイツチを別個体にしたが、簡便化のため
に一体化したり、口座残高が少額の場合、子機の
表示を点滅したりして警告を与える等の手段は容
易に考えられる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 車内に設けられ情報を無線で伝達する機能お
    よび駐車時間等を表示する機能等を有する情報伝
    達手段と、車外に設けられ前記情報伝達手段から
    の情報を受信すると共に銀行のコンピユータとオ
    ンライン接続された情報受信処理手段とを備え、
    前記情報受信処理手段で処理されたデータにより
    駐車料金が銀行口座より処理されるように構成し
    たことを特徴とする駐車状況管理装置。
