Claims (1)
- 原稿読取領域上の副走査方向に光学系を機械的
に走査しながら、上記原稿読取領域上の主走査方
向の一次元の像をイメージセンサで電気的に自己
走査して、二次元の像を読取るようにした画像読
取装置において、上記原稿読取領域に隣接する領
域に副走査方向に延びる濃淡パターンを設け、こ
の濃淡パターンを原稿読取と同時に上記イメージ
センサで読取り、このイメージセンサで読取られ
た濃淡パターンに応じて上記イメージセンサにシ
フトパルスを出力するようにしたことを特徴とす
る画像読取装置。
