内に固定てあるというとであり、この技術手段を
講じたことにより、次の作用ならびに効果を得ら

変位させて相対的に離間移動させることによつて
弾性的に係合連結ならびに分離自在な弾性係合凹
部1Aa,1Aa,1Ba,1Baを一体に形成する
とともに、一方の半割筒状部材1Aの底壁部に
は、局部的な内方への突条部1Abをカバー長手
方向に沿つて一体形成し、この突条部1Abにそ
れの長手方向に適宜間隔を隔てて、前記壁面Wへ
のカバー固定用ネジ部材2の挿通部3を並設して
ある。
