Claims (1)
- バーナ１の周囲にこぼれた煮汁を受ける汁受け
２と、この汁受けから導出したドレン路３と、ド
レン路３に介在させた煮汁センサ４と、コントロ
ーラ５と、バーナ１へのガス供給路７に介在させ
た遮断弁８とを備え、上記コントローラ５が、煮
汁センサ４から煮汁検出信号を入力した時に警報
装置６を発動させるとともに遮断弁８を閉弁させ
るように構成されたことを特徴とする煮こぼれ検
出装置付こんろ。
