In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has a water collection gutter that has a flexible weir that can be opened and closed intermittently by the movement of flights attached to a chain conveyor, and a water collection gutter that is provided on the gate side of the water collection gutter and has an inlet at the top. The floating weir consists of a fixed weir fixed to the water collection gutter, and a floating weir installed on the inflow side of the fixed weir and supported by a float to maintain a constant water depth. The gist is that the weir is supported by a weir guide that protrudes from the weir and is pushed toward the fixed weir by receiving overflow water pressure.

In the figure, 1 is a settling tank, and 2 is a sludge scraper installed in the longitudinal direction of the settling tank or in any direction. A large number of flights 23 are arranged at regular or arbitrary intervals, and the sludge scraping flights 23 are driven by this chain so that the scum floating on the water surface is scraped up to the pond end side and other scum removal positions. Eggplant. Of course, the flight is in the floating position during this sludge scraping. Out of the total number of flights 23, one or more of them is provided with a striker (operating piece) 3 protrudingly provided.

In addition, a lever 4 is disposed slightly above the water surface of the sedimentation tank 1 in front of the water collection gutter. This lever 4
One end is in contact with the striker 3, and the middle part thereof is slidably provided via a bearing 5 on a shaft 6 protruding from the pond side wall or the fixed side. Further, push rods 8, 8 are provided at the other end of the lever 4 via a shaft 7.

Next, a water collection gutter 11 is provided on the downstream side of this lever, and flexible weirs 10, 10 are provided oppositely on the upstream and downstream sides of this water collection gutter 11. In the embodiment of the present application, the flexible weir is provided on both the upstream and downstream sides of the water collection gutter, but it is also possible to provide it on either side.
These flexible weirs 10, 10 are connected to the above-mentioned push rods 8, 8 via a shaft, and are placed at a position slightly higher than the normal operating water level, so that when the flexible weirs 10, 10 are bent downward, they are submerged under the water surface. death,
Sewage is made to flow into the water collection gutter 11.

In addition, in order to cope with fluctuations in water level, this water collection gutter 11, flexible weirs 10, 10 are installed on the upstream and downstream sides of the outside of the water collection gutter 11, that is, on both sides of the flexible weirs 10, 10.
The fixed weir 12 is fixedly installed in the water collection gutter so as to cover it.

Further, floats 15 are provided on the upstream and downstream sides of the fixed weir 12, and the floating weir 13 is provided on the float 15, which is rotated by a weir guide 14 protruding from the fixed weir 12.

The float moves up and down according to the water level, and the floating weir is slidably moved up and down in the notch of the fixed weir 12. That is, if the floating weir 13 is attached to a float by determining the distance H between the upper end of the floating weir 13 and the water surface, floating scum will always flow into the fixed weir 12 to a depth of H even if the water level fluctuates.

This allows the required amount of floating scum to flow into the fixed weir regardless of water level changes. Furthermore, due to the bending of the flexible weir within the fixed weir, floating scum flows into the water collection gutter.

Thus, in the water collection gutter having the above-mentioned configuration, the flights move on the water surface as the flights are driven, and the scum on the water surface is scraped up toward the water collection gutter. When the striker attached to one flight contacts the lever 4 and pushes it up, it rotates around the bearing 5 and pushes down the push rods 8, 8 via the shaft 7. Next, the flexible weirs 10, 10 connected to the push rods 8, 8 via the shaft 9 bend to allow the scum on the water surface to flow into the water collection gutter.

Subsequently, when the flight passes the lever position, the lever pushing force by the striker is released, and the weight of the lever lifts the flexible weirs 10, 10 via the push rods 8, 8, thereby preventing the floating scum from flowing in. In this way, the scum floating on the upstream and downstream sides of the water collection gutter flows into the water collection gutter and is removed every time the lever of the flight striker is lifted.

When the water level of the sedimentation tank 1 changes, the float 15 floats and sinks following this water level. Since this float 15 is provided with a floating weir 13, the floating weir 13 also floats and sinks following fluctuations in the water level. The scum flows over the upper end of the floating weir 13 into the fixed weir 12, and then flows out from the bent flexible weir 10 into the water collection gutter 11. At this time, the float/floating weir rises and falls due to changes in water level, but it simply floats and can perform movements unrelated to the fixed weir. When the flexible weir is bent and the water collection gutter is opened, the scum on the water surface flows out together with the sewage over the floating weir and fixed weir. At this time, the floating weir is pushed toward the fixed weir by the pressure of the flowing water, and it is possible to prevent wastewater and the like from flowing out from the lower part of the floating weir.

The scum skimmer of this invention moves the floating weir up and down according to changes in water level, so scum on the water surface can be reliably discharged regardless of the water level, and the amount of water other than scum entering the water collection gutter can be reduced. In addition, it has the advantage of reducing wear between the floating weir and the fixed weir.
