〔産業上の利用分野〕
この考案は、水処理装置のPH調整用装置で、一
定濃度(10〜20%)に溶解された消石灰乳を注入
する装置に係り、特に循環ポンプにより循環して
いる消石灰乳を必要量のみ容積形1軸ネジ式注入
ポンプにより取り出せる機能を備えた消石灰乳注

り、注入量が0〜20/min程度の小流量であ
る。又、注入点が4〜8点と多点注入になるとさ
らに小流量となる。従来、この種の装置は、流量
計と調節弁の組合せ、又は、プランジヤ形定量ポ
ンプによつて行なつてきた。

径が小さくなりすぎ適当な注入機がない。そこで
給水によつて希釈増量していたが、この場合濃度
が1%以下となり、炭酸カルシウムのスケールが

上)で10%〜20%濃度の消石灰乳を循環させ、注
入点附近で必要量を1次側圧力変動の影響を受け
ないように容積形ポンプに1軸ネジ式ポンプを採
用して取り出すように構成したものである。
