Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the impact noise insulating performance of a light floor and to simplify wiring and piping on the floor by arranging many bed panels having cushioning material on their lower face at fixed spaces in one direction to form space parts in only one direction. CONSTITUTION:Many bed panels 2 composed of elastic cushioning material 2B formed in a body on the lower face of a hard base plate 2A are arranged on a floor base board 1 made of concrete slabs at fixed spaces in one direction to form space parts 3 for providing wiring and piping 4 in only one direction. Next, a finishing panel 5 is mounted on the bed panel 2 so that it may cover the space part 3 and its longitudinal joint may intersect the direction of the space part 3 at a right angle. The existing cushioning material 2B produces excellent impact noise insulating performance of a light floor, and the formed space part 3 simplifies the arranging of the wiring and piping 4.

For floor structures that are applied directly to a floor base such as a concrete slab, if a relatively hard material such as wood or synthetic resin is used as the finishing material, household noise, especially lightweight floor impact sound, will be transmitted downstairs to a large extent. There were often noise complaints from downstairs. Therefore, a sound insulation measure was developed by installing elastic cushioning material on the underside of the finishing material.

Although a floor structure with cushioning material can suppress the transmission of lightweight floor impact noise to the lower floors, there is no space under the floor, so it is not possible to run wiring or piping under the floor, which limits the degree of freedom in interior design. It was something that would end up happening.

Therefore, even in a floor structure where flooring material is applied directly to a floor base such as a concrete slab, a space under the floor is provided.
The purpose is to provide a floor structure that allows wiring and piping to be installed and also has improved sound insulation performance.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, base panels 2 are directly attached to a floor base such as a concrete slab, and each base panel 2 is arranged at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction. The base panel 2 has an elastic cushioning material 2 on the lower surface of the hard base plate 2A.
B is formed and integrated. By arranging a large number of base panels 2 at regular intervals in one direction in this manner, a space portion 3 is formed only in one direction. Wiring and piping 4 can be installed in these spaces a'B3. A finishing panel 5 is attached to the base panel 2 so as to cover the space 3 of the base panel 2. In this embodiment, the space portion 3 is the finishing panel 5.
It is provided in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal joint. In addition, the dimensions shown by a and b on the drawing of the finishing panel 5 are aXb=33

I added flI11. Moreover, it was set as -1>5. If the space portion 3 is formed along the longitudinal direction (b direction) of the finishing panel 5, there is a high possibility that the space portion 3 will coincide with the joint in the longitudinal direction of the finishing panel 5, and this can be avoided. Since this is difficult, a space portion 3 is provided in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal joints of the finished panel 5. If the space portion 3 coincides with the joint, it will cause floor distortion etc. Also,
The relationship between the width C of the base panel 2 and the width S of the space portion 3 is as follows.
Suitably, S is 30 to 100% of C.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 5, a recess B7 is formed along the longitudinal direction of the lower surface of the finishing panel 5, and a space
Like B3, wiring and piping 4 can be passed through it. It is not necessary to use all the finishing panels 5 in which such four parts 7 are formed, and the recesses 7 can be formed only in the finishing panel 5 at the positions where wiring and piping 4 are desired. The installation position can be set freely. In addition, since the structure is such that the floor material is directly attached to the floor base 1 such as a concrete slab, the height, that is, the thickness of the base panel 2 is limited in order to install vertical and horizontal wiring and piping 4 only in the space 3. Therefore, it is preferable to arrange the wiring and piping 4 in a different direction from the wiring 1 and piping 4 in the space part 3 by providing the four parts 7 on the finishing panel 5. FIG. 6 is a sectional view of the finishing panel 5 shown in FIG. FIG. 7 shows an example in which two recesses 7 are formed in parallel. The finishing panel 5 shown in FIG. 8 has a three-layer structure, with a cushioning material 5C sandwiched between a surface finishing material 5B and a base plate 5D. As the surface finishing material 5B, a relatively hard material such as wood type 1 synthetic resin type is used.
As the buffer material 5C, a polymer material such as rubber, asphalt, or olefin is used. The base plate 5D is preferably made of the same material as the surface finishing material 5B. In this embodiment, male and female seeds are formed on both sides, so that adjacent flooring materials fit together with the male and female seeds. Such male and female fruits can be employed in other embodiments as well. The finished panel 5 shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 is constructed by arranging the hard foam 8 in a linear or island shape on the lower surface of a relatively hard flat plate material such as a wood-based material and a synthetic resin material. A recess 7 is formed in between.

By using the three-layer finished panel 5 shown in FIGS. 8 and 11, the lightweight floor impact sound insulation performance can be further improved. Similar performance can also be obtained with the finished panel 5 having the rigid foam 8.

The cushioning material 2B of the base panel 2 is also preferably made of a polymeric material such as a polymeric material, an asphalt material, an olefin material, or the like. Further, the base plate 2A is preferably made of a wood-based material so that it can be connected to the finishing panel 5 with adhesive or nails.
