Claims (1)
トンの両側の2個の圧力室にそれぞれ圧油源及び
タンクと選択的に連通させる4個の高速切換電磁
弁であつて一方の圧力室が圧油源に連通されると
きは他方の圧力室はタンクと連通されるようにほ
ぼ同時に作動されるようにされた4個の高速切換
電磁弁と、前記ロツドを有するピストンの位置を
検出する位置センサーと、関数発生器からの任意
の周波数の第1の指令信号又は高低圧電源と可変
抵抗器を介して接続させるジヨイステイツク装置
が発生させる第2の指令信号の何れかを入力可能
にされかつ前記位置センサーからのフイードバツ
ク信号を入力する加算器と、加算器の出力を入力
し第1の不感帯幅を設定する第1のコンパレータ
及び前記加算器の出力を分岐しかつ逆相にして入
力し第2の不感帯幅を設定する第2のコンパレー
タと、各コンパレータの出力と前記ほぼ同時に作
動する2対の前記電磁弁との間に介されるトラン
ジスタースイツチ装置と、を含むことを特徴とす
る加振装置。 (2) 前記ロツドを有するピストンは両ロツドピ
ストンであり、前記両ロツドピストンに連結され
た被加振部は自動車等の共振固有振動周波数及び
/又は振幅試験装置である請求項第1項記載の加
振装置。 (3) 各前記電磁弁はそのコイルへの印加電圧を
可変に制御する可変電圧制御装置によつて印加電
圧を可変にそして前記電磁弁の弁開閉力を可変に
制御された請求項第1項又は第2項に記載の加振
