[Detailed Description of the Invention] (Field of Industrial Application) The present invention relates to a jacket that can improve functionality when worn. More specifically, the present invention relates to a jacket that has improved elasticity and ability to follow various movements of the back, armpits, and upper arms when worn. (Prior art) Conventionally, in the case of casual blazer coats, leisure jackets, uniforms worn at work, etc., in order to provide flexibility for forward movements of the arms, the sleeves are attached to the back of the body. Forming pleats or placing pieces of cloth made of stretchable material on the back of the back body,
There are many structures in which the sleeves of the jacket are attached to the stretchable cloth piece. (Problem to be solved by the invention) However, in the case of a structure in which pleats are formed at the sleeve attachment points of the back body, the pleats rise up due to the forward movement of the arm when worn. As a result, the inside is exposed, and not only does it have an unsightly appearance, but the sides tend to be bulky, giving the wearer a sense of discomfort. It is. In addition, for products with this type of structure, the sewing process is extremely complicated and requires processing processes such as high-temperature pressing, and if this is insufficient, it may not be possible to use the product for long periods of time. This causes the pleats to not return properly, resulting in an unsightly state where the inside of the pleats are constantly exposed. (Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention provides a penetrating state in which the back body 2 is free from the shoulders to the waist on both sides of the back body 2 without being sewn to the front body, and the back body position of the back body 2 is not sewn to the front body. Then, as separate cloth, two pieces of cloth 3, 3 having diagonal sides 9 from the shoulders to the waist are arranged in a sash-like manner over the entire back, and the pieces of cloth 3, The upper end of 3 is attached to the shoulder, the outer side 10 is attached to the side line of the front body, the sleeve 6 is attached to the sleeve 4, and the lower edges 8 and 8 are not sewn to the back body 2, but their tips are slightly sewn. At the same time, the sleeves 4, 4 of the jacket body 1 are attached to the cloth pieces 3, 3 and the front body, and the sleeves 4, 4 of the jacket body 1 are attached to the cloth pieces 3, 3 and the front body, and the cloth pieces 3, 3 are attached diagonally. The sides 9 and 9 of the shape are the back body 2
This is intended to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks found in conventional structures. The structure of the jacket according to the present invention will be explained based on the drawings. As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the jacket body 1 has a back body part from the shoulders on both sides to the waist part that is not sewn to the front body. The back body part 2 is free and the back side thereof is in a penetrating state, and two pieces of cloth are placed on the back side of the back body part 2 as separate cloths, the sides 9 , 9 being diagonal from the shoulder part to the waist part. piece 3,3
The cloth pieces 3, 3 are arranged in a sash-like manner across the entire back, the upper ends of the cloth pieces 3, 3 are on the shoulders, the outer side 10 is on the side line of the front body, and the sleeve girders 6 are on the sleeves 4.
In addition, the lower side parts 8 , 8 are not sewn to the back body 2, but their tips are slightly overlapped, and are sewn to each other and fixed to the jacket body, and the shafts 4, 4 of the jacket body 1 are attached. This is performed on the cloth pieces 3, 3 and the front body, and the diagonal side portions 9 of the cloth pieces 3, 3,
9 has a schematic configuration in which it is hidden by the back body 2. That is, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the jacket main body 1 has a configuration in which a waistband 5 is arranged at an intermediate position of the back body 2, and the back side of the back body 2 above the waistband 5. The structure is such that pieces of cloth 3, 3 in the shape shown in FIG. 3 are arranged in the section. As shown in Fig. 3, the pieces of cloth 3, 3 are cut diagonally on the inner side and substantially vertically on the outer side, and above them there is a hole for attaching the shaft 4. It has a structure in which a sleeve bore 6 is formed, and the upper side 7 of the cloth pieces 3, 3 is sewn together when the back body 2 and the front body are sewn together, and the cloth pieces 3, 3 are sewn together when sewing the back body 2 and the front body. The lower side part 8 of the cloth piece 3 is not sewn to the back body part 2, but is sewn to each other with their tips slightly overlapped and fixed to the back body part or the main body of the jacket, such as the back lining, as appropriate, and the cloth piece 3, 3 is sewn to the side line of the front body, so that the cloth pieces 3, 3 are attached to the free penetrating back side of the back body 2, as shown in FIG. The sleeves of the jacket main body 1 are placed in the sleeve groove 6 of the cloth piece 3.
This will also be done on the sleeves of the front body. Although FIG. 1 shows the case where the chestnuts 11 are formed at both ends of the back body 2, it is also possible to have a configuration in which both ends are formed in a straight shape, as shown in FIG. It is also possible to adopt a structure in which a heat-retaining cloth piece 12 of the shape shown in FIG. 4 can be inserted between the back body 2 and the cloth piece 3. Of course, the first
Even if the back body 2 is shaped as shown in the figure, it is possible to insert such a heat-retaining cloth piece 12, but if the back body 2 is shaped as shown in Figure 4, For example, the heat-insulating cloth piece 12 can be inserted more effectively. (Function) Unlike the conventional structure in which both sides of the back body are sewn, the jacket main body of the present invention has a sash that runs over the entire back as a separate fabric at the back side of the body that is penetrating and separate from the back body. Arrange them so that they intersect in a shape 2
The details of the working mechanism of the pieces of cloth 3, 3 are not clear, but the pieces of cloth 3, 3 consist of a structure in which the upper end is sewn to the shoulder and the lower end to the waist, and the diagonal sides are sewn. Shearing stress acts on the cloth pieces 3, 3, which have sections, and this shearing function corresponds to the vertical, horizontal, and diagonal movements of the back, armpits, and upper arms when wearing a jacket, and the back part of the garment Expansion/contraction and following effects are considered, and wrinkles due to movement are also caused by the cloth piece 3,
3 is absorbed and is thought to be able to remove the feeling of pressure from clothes (clothing pressure). (Effects of the invention) The structure of the jacket according to the invention is as described above, and the following effects can be expected. In other words, the main body of the jacket is different from the conventional structure in which both sides of the back body are sewn together, and two pieces of cloth are sewn in a sash shape from the shoulders to the waist on the back side of the back body, which is in a free and penetrating state. Furthermore, since the sleeves of the jacket are attached to the pieces of cloth, it is difficult to prevent various movements of the back, armpits, and upper arms when wearing the jacket. Not only does it improve elasticity and conformability, but it also has the effect of absorbing wrinkles and reducing the feeling of pressure when wearing clothes. Furthermore, the jacket according to the present invention has a functional structure consisting of a pair of cloth pieces arranged in a sash-like manner on the back side of the back body from the shoulders to the waist. Not only can sewing and finishing be greatly simplified compared to jackets with pleats formed on both sides of the jacket, but also the appearance and finish of the jacket are improved by eliminating the folds of the pleats. This eliminates the discomfort of wearing it, and it is extremely functional as a jacket.
