This is done by tying the ends one after another and pulling each end to a predetermined position.

There is a problem in that it takes time and effort to separate the electric wire from the rope. This invention attempts to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems by forcibly separating the electric wire and the rope during the wire extension.

The large-diameter roller 5 is separated from the towing rope R along the inclined side surface 5b, and a separating roller 10 having a collar 10c that can be inserted between the towing rope R and the electric wire W is arranged in front of the large-diameter roller 5.

Due to its own weight, the electric wire W slips slightly downward along the inclined side surface 5b of the large-diameter roller 5 while separating from the rope R. After passing through the large-diameter roller 5 in this manner, the cutting collar 10c of the front roller device 7 cuts in between the tow rope R and the electric wire W to completely separate them.

supports the shaft 3 horizontally. A large diameter roller 5 is fixed to the shaft 3 near one end, and a small diameter roller 4 is fixed adjacent to the side thereof. The large diameter roller 5 has an annular groove 5a having an arcuate cross section on its outer periphery, into which the traction rope R is fitted, and also has an inclined side surface 5b that swells into a conical shape on the small diameter roller 4 side. The small diameter roller 4 has a flange 4a at the end opposite to the large diameter roller.
Further, a guide plate 6 that stands up along the large diameter roller 5 is fixed to the side of the bracket 2 on the large diameter roller 5 side.

In FIGS. 3 and 4, a bracket 8 having a substantially U-shaped cross section supports a shaft 9 horizontally. A separation roller 10 is fixed to the shaft 9. The separation roller 10 has flanges 10 on both ends.

has. The split collar 10c is a tow rope R divided by the large diameter roller 5 of the rear roller device 1.
It is arranged so as to correspond to the side of the large-diameter roller 5 so that it can be inserted between the wire and the electric wire W. Thus, a towing rope passage recess 11 is formed between the collar 10a and the inserting collar 10c, and a wire passing recess 12 is formed between the collar 10b and the inserting collar 10c.

Particularly at the bent portion of the cable tray T, the tow rope R and the electric wire W are likely to become twisted at this point because the cable is wrapped around the side surface of the vertical guide roller. The device of the present invention is used to remove this twist. That is, when the tow rope R and the electric wire W come to the rear roller device 1 in a twisted state, the tow rope R fits into the outer circumferential groove 5a of the large diameter roller 5, so the electric wire W separates from the tow rope R and is twisted by its own weight. It slides down the inclined side surface 5b. After the electric wire W and the tow rope R pass through the rear roller device 1 in a state where they are separated from each other, they immediately reach the front roller device 7, and the cut-in collar 10c of this
inserts between the electric wire W and the tow rope R, completely separating them and removing the twist between them. The towing rope R and the electric wire W run in parallel within the recesses 11 and 12, respectively.
