Claims (6)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）電話の端末設備の局線側に接続し、新規参入の第
    一種電気通信事業者３社（日本高速通信（株）・日本テ
    レコム（株）・第二電電（株）以下ＮＣＣという）のサ
    ービスエリアであると自動的により安い電話会社を選択
    し、アクセス番号を送出するものである。
  2. （２）電話のトラフィック量が多く、かつＮＴＴより通
    話料金の安いＮＣＣのサービス地域を限定した。
  3. （３）サービスエリアの拡大、及びＰＯＩ（Ｐｏｉｎｔ
    　Ｏｆ　Ｉｎ−ｔｅｒｆａｃｅ：ＮＴＴとの相互接続点
    ）の増加に対してもデータの変更を行わない。
  4. （４）一度記憶させたデータは変更しない。
  5. （５）本考案は電話機にも内蔵して使用できる。
  6. （６）構内交換機にも内蔵して使用できる。
