〔産業上の利用分野〕
本発明は、パチンコ機の前面枠下部に取り付け
られる打球発射装置に関し、特に打球モータの回
転により槌腕を回動させてその先端頭部にて球を
叩打するパチンコ機の打球発射装置に関するもの

しようとして、近年、打球発射装置の各部品をセ
ツト化したものが提供されるようになつてきた。
このようなセツト化された打球発射装置として特
願昭52−111036号に開示される打球発射装置があ
る。しかして、この特願昭52−111036号に示され
る打球発射装置は、各部品を取り付ける取付基板
に発射桿シヤフトを回動自在に設け、該発射桿シ
ヤフトに発射桿(槌腕)及び渦巻バネ(槌腕ば
ね)を固定または貫挿し、渦巻バネの一端を発射
桿に、他端を電動用握本体(操作ハンドル)の回
動によつて回転される強弱微調整器に係止し、前
記取付基板と所定間隔離して固定される固定板に
は、電動モータを固定し、取付基板と固定板との
間隔内に、前記強弱微調整器や、電動モータのカ
ームと発射桿に突設されたカームピンとが係合す
る部分や、前記電動用握本体の回動動作を前記強
弱微調整器に伝達する機構部分が配置されるよう
に構成されている。

係合される部分が配置されるので、取付基板の裏
面、即ち、パチンコ機前面枠の裏面に突出する部
分を極めて少なくすることが出来、更に、取付基
板の裏面に巻きばねの回動偏倚力を予め設定する
調節機構を設けたので、打球発射装置をパチンコ
機の裏面に取り付けたままで何時でも簡単に設定
することが出来る。

と、該槌腕を反復回動させる前記打球モータと、
前記巻きばねの回動偏倚力を予めプリセツトする
調節機構の調節部とが夫々独立して別個に配置さ
れ、 前記取付基板の前面には、前記槌腕が固着され
る枢支軸を回動自在に軸支する軸受と、前記打球
モータの出力軸に固設したカムと、前記枢支軸に
固定され、かつ前記カムと係脱するクランクと、
前記前面枠の表面に固設される操作ハンドルの動
作と連動し、かつ前記槌腕の回動偏倚力を調節す
る作動機構とが配置されていることを特徴とする
