(Prior art) An orifice-type paint for fan-shaped spraying is a spray nozzle that combines the advantages of an air spray nozzle that atomizes paint while suctioning it with pressurized air, and an airless spray nozzle that sprays only paint under pressure and atomizes it. In front of the nozzle, there is a pressurized air-liquid type spray nozzle that has an air nozzle for ejecting fan-shaped air so as to surround the paint nozzle. This type of spray nozzle has a simple structure and is excellent in atomizing paint and preventing scattering. However, on the other hand, the fan-shaped spray ejected from the paint nozzle is surrounded by the fan-shaped air flow from the air nozzle. Because of this, the angle of the fan-shaped spray is suppressed to a small value, making it difficult to obtain a wide-angle spray. In addition, when the air pressure supplied to the air nozzle is increased to promote atomization, the shape of the spray becomes disordered. This may cause problems such as not being able to obtain a good coating.

To solve this problem, as shown in Fig. 4, a pair of air nozzles b and b are installed on the side of the paint nozzle a.
are arranged facing each other, and the air flow from here is directed to the paint nozzle a.
A spray nozzle has been proposed in which the fan-shaped spray ejected from the air nozzle collides from the side, but although this structure solves the problem of pinching the spray angle, Since it is difficult to center the air nozzles b, and differences tend to occur in the air flow from each air nozzle b, this causes a problem in that this affects the spray and rather disturbs the spray pattern.

(Purpose) The present invention was made in view of the above problems, and its purpose is to create a pressurized gas-liquid with a simple structure that does not narrow the spray angle and cause no disturbance in the spray pattern. An object of the present invention is to provide a combination type spray nozzle.

The drawing shows one embodiment of the present invention, and the reference numeral 1 in the drawing is a holder for a paint nozzle 2, which has a substantially rectangular boss portion 11 protruding from the center of the front surface, and a paint 12 penetrating through the top surface of the holder. is a fan-shaped orifice-type paint nozzle 2 made of ultra-hard material.
is press-fitted with a lip-shaped cut groove 21 cut at its tip facing the longitudinal direction of the top surface, and a ventilation hole 13 provided in the holder 1 is formed by cutting a lip-shaped groove 21 cut around the boss part 11. It opens into an annular ventilation groove 14, from which relatively low-pressure air is blown out through an orifice-type blowhole 34, which will be described later.

On the other hand, the cap-shaped air nozzle 3 that covers the front surface of the holder 1 has a V-shaped or V-shaped notch groove 32 cut on the trapezoidal top surface 31 and a dome-shaped recess cut on the inner surface. A lip-shaped orifice-shaped blowhole 34 is formed by the portion 33, and a shallow rectangular blowhole 34 that matches the rectangular boss portion 11 provided on the front surface of the holder 1 is provided at the center of the opposing edges of the blowhole 34. The notches 35, 35 are cut to form the blowhole 34.
Flat air flow paths a, a are formed at the center of both sides of the mouth so as to sandwich the paint nozzle 2 therebetween. The air nozzle 3 is fitted onto the holder 1 described above so that its axes coincide with each other, and the fan-shaped spray from the paint nozzle 2 and the fan-shaped air flow from the air nozzle 3 are formed on a common plane. After being combined,
Holder 1
It is accurately positioned and held by engaging with a position regulating pin 26 planted on the side.

In the spray nozzle configured in this way, the relatively low pressure air of about several kg/cm 2 sent into the ventilation hole 23 is leveled in the annular air groove 24 and then
It is ejected from the dome-shaped orifice-shaped fumarole 34, but as mentioned above, inside this fumarole 34,
A boss portion 11 with a rectangular cross section protrudes from the front surface of the holder 1 so as to fill this space, and narrow flat flow passages a, a are formed in the center of both mouth edges located near the center of the jet nozzle 34. Since relatively wide channels b and b are formed at both longitudinal ends of the jet nozzle 34, the air ejected from the center of both side edges of the jet nozzle 34 becomes a flat, strong air flow that is concentrated on the paint. While promoting the fan-shaped spray ejected from the nozzle 2 and suppressing the scattering of mist droplets, the air ejected from both sides in the longitudinal direction of the nozzle 34 becomes a weak air flow directed outward, atomizing the paint and rather The fan-shaped spray is guided in the direction of widening, and the thus obtained fan-shaped spray forms a wide coating film on the surface to be coated, the film thickness gradually decreasing toward the edges.

(Effects) As described above, according to the present invention, the support part of the paint nozzle is formed as a protrusion with a flat cross section along the jet nozzle, while the cross-sectional shape of this protrusion is formed at the center of both side edges of the lip-shaped jet nozzle. Because the corresponding shallow notch has been reduced, despite the simple configuration, it is possible to flatten and at the same time strengthen the airflow that sandwiches the fan-shaped spray from both sides, effectively promoting atomization and preventing the scattering of mist droplets. At the same time, on both sides of the fan-shaped spray, the airflow can be directed weakly and outward, making it possible to realize a wide-angle spray without turbulence.
