Claims (1)
- 絶縁材料からなるフレームと、このフレーム内
に互いに間隔をあけてそれぞれ一部が埋設されて
いるホツトステータプレートおよびアースステー
タプレートと、前記ホツトステータプレートの表
面を覆う誘電体フイルムと、前記アースステータ
プレートに接触されるとともに前記誘電体フイル
ムを介して前記ホツトステータプレートに対向す
る位置に移動自在とされてなるロータプレートと
を有するトリマコンデンサにおいて、前記ロータ
プレートの移動範囲に対向する前記フレームの露
出部分を少なくとも前記誘電体フイルムにより被
覆したことを特徴とするトリマコンデンサ。
