[Detailed description of the invention] (Field of industrial application) This invention relates to a composite panel material that is used for various purposes such as fire prevention, sound insulation, and heat insulation.

(Prior art) For example, as shown in FIG. 8, a case where a soffit panel 5 is attached to the eaves of a building 1 via a mounting frame 2 parallel to the wall surface and a decorative gable panel 4 that covers the outer surface of a fascia 3. Since the space 7 formed under the roof plate 6 is isolated from the outside, dew condensation occurs in the space 7 due to the temperature difference with the outside air. To prevent this, holes 8 may be provided in the eaves ceiling panel 5 to communicate the space 7 with the outside, but if a fire occurs nearby, fire will easily enter the space 7 through the holes 8. This poses a major problem in terms of fire prevention measures. For this reason, in recent years, there has been a tendency to use a composite panel as the eave ceiling panel 5, which is a composite panel in which a plate-like material having functions such as fire prevention and heat insulation is polymerized onto a substrate such as metal. In addition to the soffit panel 5, such composite panels can also be used as indoor/outdoor wall panels, ceiling panels, floor panels, or for purposes other than buildings.Furthermore, if a material with a soundproofing function is used as a thick plate material, it can be used as a soundproofing wall. It is used as a wall panel to enhance the acoustic effect.

However, conventional composite panels of this type have the disadvantage that manufacturing is extremely time-consuming because the metal substrate and thick plate-like material are generally fixed with adhesive.
Furthermore, if the substrate is made of iron, an expensive adhesive such as an epoxy adhesive that requires advanced adhesive technology is used, resulting in high material and manufacturing costs.
Furthermore, when the thick plate material is made of a permeable material such as fire prevention gypsum board, adhesive is used in a highly concentrated state to prevent penetration, which increases the amount of adhesive consumed and makes it difficult to paint due to its high viscosity. Construction is also difficult.

(Purpose of the invention) This invention was made to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional technology. It does not require adhesives, significantly reducing material and manufacturing costs, and has a simple structure that can be easily assembled at the construction site. The aim is to provide a composite panel material that is of high quality.

(Structure of the device) This device has parallel strips protruding from one side of a metal substrate, each with its upper edge projecting toward the opposite side.
A thick plate-like material that has claws at key points in the middle of a holding member that is bent from a single elastic metal rod and has both linear ends that are parallel when installed, and that has at least one of the functions of fireproofing, soundproofing, and heat insulation. is superposed on the substrate, and by fitting both linear ends of the presser member into the grooves formed between the surfaces of both side ends of the thick plate-like material and the upper edges of both strips, respectively. The present invention relates to a composite panel material in which a thick plate-like material is sandwiched between a holding member and a substrate, and claws of the holding member are bitten into the thick plate-like material.

The metal substrate 12 has strip portions 15 on one side thereof, parallel to each other on both sides and two middle portions.
are formed by bending an original plate, and one thick plate-like material 13 is placed between these and overlapped with the substrate 12.
Thus, the upper edges 15a of each strip portion 15, which are located at a higher position than the surface of the thick plate-like material 13 to be polymerized, respectively, extend in the form of a flange toward mutually opposing sides. Further, the ends 15b, 15b of each strip portion 15 facing the eaves side and the wall side of the substrate 12 are cut so as to be at the same level or lower than the surface of the thick plate material to be superposed.

The holding member 14 is made by bending a single elastic metal rod into a Z-shape, and has straight end portions 14a,
14a and an intermediate portion 14b, the intermediate portion 14b
There are provided claws 16, 16 with incisions formed on one side of the circumferential surface. Each holding member 14 has both straight end portions 14a, 14
The strip portions 1 facing each other using elasticity
By elastically fitting into the grooves 17, 17 formed between the upper edges 15a of the plates 5, 15 and the side end surface of the thick plate-like material 13, the strips 15, 15 are pulled out between the strips 15, 15. The intermediate portion 14a prevents the planar material 13 from lifting off from the substrate 12.
At this time, the claws 16, 16 of the holding member 14 bite into the surface of the thick plate-like material 13, preventing its movement in the lateral displacement direction.

As the thick plate material 13, asbestos-based material boards, gypsum boards, asbestos cement boards, etc. are generally used for fire prevention purposes, and thick molded materials such as foamed polyurethane and foamed polyethylene are used for soundproofing and heat insulation purposes. However, it is also possible to use a structure in which different materials are stacked in a sandwich-like structure so as to have multiple functions. With these materials, a rigid material is fitted from the side as shown by the dashed line in FIG. 1, and a deformable material is fitted from above as shown by the dashed dot line in FIG. 2, and the material is polymerized.

When the composite panel material 11 having the above configuration is used as a soffit panel as shown in FIG. 8 already mentioned,
For example, as shown in FIG. 6, for a mounting frame 18 that is long in the direction of the outer wall of the building and has a substantially U-shaped cross section,
By inserting the end portion 11a diagonally from the lower side, in this state, rotating the whole unit upward around the end portion 11a, and placing it horizontally via a mounting frame (not shown) on the other end side, The mounting frame 18 is automatically positioned between the upper and lower edges 18a and 18b, and is held without loosening. In order to enable such attachment, the mounting frame 18 has its upper and lower edges 18a, 18b positioned in such a way that the opening width is wide in the diagonally downward direction and narrow in the horizontal direction.

In the above embodiment, one holding member 14 is used for each thick plate material 13, but a plurality of holding members 14 are used for each thick plate material 13 depending on the length of the panel material 11. A pressing member 14 may also be used.

The pressing member 14 in this invention is formed in a Z-shape in the above implementation, but for example, as shown in FIGS. 7A to 7C.
It can be made into various shapes as shown in the figure. That is, the presser member 14 may consist of linear tip portions 14a, 14a that are parallel to each other when attached, and an intermediate portion 14b that connects thereto. A zigzag shape is recommended. Further, the linear end portions 14a, 14b may be slightly opened from each other before the presser member 14 is attached in order to increase the spring elasticity.
