- ウエハ保持面を有する保持部材と、このウエハ
保持面上に着脱自在に取着される冷却用薄膜材と
を有し、ウエハの裏面を前記冷却用薄膜材に重ね
てウエハを前記保持部材に固定することを特徴と
するウエハ保持具。
