このものはきわめてすぐれてコンパクトかつ小型
であるが、段差のあるチエツク弁3と、これに内
蔵する圧力補償要素1と流量調整要素2それぞれ
の加工およびこれら各要素相互間の円心度、はめ
合い等が加工々数を要する点が問題であつた。
