Abstract

PURPOSE:To surely insert a bar-shaped part into a guide hole of an electrode by moving a working rod in the guide hole of the electrode to give the attraction of magnetic force to the tip of the working rod. CONSTITUTION:The working rod 3 is inserted in the movable state into the guide hole 2 of the electrode 1. A magnet 4 is fitted to the tip of the working rod 3 to give the attraction magnetic force thereto. The bar-shaped part 5 such as a bolt is brought into contact with the magnet 4. The bolt 5 receiving the attraction force is stuck fast to the magnet 4 and made to a standing-up posture. When the working rod 3 is retreated, the bolt 5 is introduced into the guide hole 2. When a disk 6 abuts on the end face 7 of the electrode 1, the advance of the bolt 5 stops and the magnet 4 also stops at a place separated from the bolt 5. By this method, the bar-shaped part can be introduced safely and smoothly into the guide hole 2 of the electrode 1.

(B) Conventional technology Methods for inserting a rod-shaped part into the guide hole of an electrode include holding one part with a chuck mechanism of a supply rod and inserting it into the guide hole, or manually inserting the part by one operator. etc. are being adopted.

(c) Problems to be Solved by the Invention When holding a rod-shaped component with the above-mentioned chuck mechanism, the tip of the rod-shaped component may be slightly misaligned from the guide hole and may interfere with the surrounding area of the guide hole. If the bar-shaped parts are released from the chuck, they may fall over and not be inserted into the guide hole.Furthermore, if the worker inserts the parts by hand, it is necessary to insert each part accurately one by one. This made the work nerve-wracking and increased fatigue, and it was extremely dangerous to insert one's hand into complicated equipment.

)) Means for solving the problem and its effect The present invention is 1
This was provided in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and is characterized in that an actuating rod is installed in the guide hole of the electrode in a state that it can move forward and backward, and an attractive magnetic force is applied to the tip 111 of the f'F moving rod. In this case, the actuating rod 1 acts to pull the bar-shaped part into the guide hole.

(b) Example First, to explain the principle according to FIGS. 1 to 3, a Kf1i* rod 3 is inserted into the guide hole 2 of the electrode 1 in a state that it can move back and forth, and the tip of the 1 operating rod 3 is inserted into the guide hole 2 of the electrode 1. A magnet (water-immersed magnet) 4 is attached at the ninth point to apply an attractive magnetic force to the PyIl12I rod 3.
A recess is made at the tip of the recess, and the recess is inserted into the recess.

The rod-shaped component in this embodiment is a bolt 5, and a disc 6 for the melt layer is provided at the end of the bolt 5. FIG. 1 shows the bolt 5 in contact with the magnet 4. The bolt 5 that has received the attraction force comes into close contact with the magnet 4 and assumes an upright position as shown in FIG. The disk 6 collides with the end surface 7 of the electrode 1, and the bolt 5 stops advancing as shown in FIG.
Magnet 4 also stops at a location away from Pol I-5.

In addition, if there is a possibility that the magnetic force of the magnets 1-4 will decrease due to 4 inches of air generated when the ms is energized, it is convenient to install a magnetic shielding tube 8 made of iron.
The tip of the li-kan rod 3 is set back from the first surface 7, but if you hold it, you can move it back to the final position, or conversely, make it protrude to some extent beyond the end surface 7. Figure 4 shows a welding device employing the method described above, which is equipped with an air cylinder 9 for advancing and retracting the operating rod 3. 9 is housed in the support cylinder 10 connected to the electrode 1, and the air cylinder 9
and the support tube 10 are firmly bonded onto the substrate 11. The substrate 11 is firmly connected to the driving air cylinder I'lo piston rod 13. A stationary electrode 14 is installed at a position opposite to the electrode 5.

The other steel plate component 15 is positioned with a support jig 16 and is in close contact with the stationary electrode 14 as shown in the figure. A chuck 18 is attached to the tip of the supply rod 17 that moves back and forth or swings, and this chuck 18vc
Therefore, when the chuck 18 releases the bolt 5 when the bolt 5 is supplied directly above the guide hole 2 as shown in the figure, the bolt 5 is immediately attracted by the magnet 4 and the bolt 5 is attracted by the magnet 4. Bolts are introduced as shown in Figures 2 and 5. Even if the chuck 18 is slightly misaligned and is in the state shown in Figure 1, it will be in the upright position as described above and the bolt 5 will be introduced smoothly as shown by the solid line in Figure 4. When the drive air cylinder 12 is actuated and the electrode 1 is raised after the welding is done, the disc 6 of the bolt is pressed against the steel plate part 15, and by applying electricity in this state, the disc 6 is welded to the steel plate part 15. In Figure 5, an electromagnet applies attractive magnetic force to the tip of the actuating rod, and the iron actuating rod 3 is passed through the excitation coil 19. As shown in FIG. 6, a projection 20 for welding may be provided.Furthermore, it is also possible to operate the electrode 1 by tilting it or arranging it horizontally. According to the above, since the tip of the rod-shaped part is horizontally attracted by the attractive magnetic force of the actuating rod, the rod-shaped part behaves as shown in FIGS. Even if the parts are slightly misaligned, the parts will not fall over.

In addition, since the above-mentioned introduction can be achieved, an automatic feeding device with a chuck mechanism can be used, eliminating the need for the VP contractor to manually insert the material into the guide hole, making it safer. Moreover, it is possible to work with less fatigue.
