(発明の作用効果)
この発明は以上のような構成であり、一方に冷却水流入

不要物を粉砕する粉砕体6を設け、該粉砕体6は作動時
は濾過体5の表面に摺接作動させ、不作動時は濾過体5
の表面に摺接せず、更に冷却水流通路7より退避させた
ことによって濾過体5が目詰まりを生じた場合は粉砕体
6を作動して不要物を粉砕し冷水の流動を行うようにす
るものであるが、更に粉砕体6は冷却水流通路7より退
避させることによって冷却水の流動を粉砕体6に邪魔さ
