本考案はコンバインやハーベスタ等における脱

大半を扱処理に伴つて処理室に送り込み、扱胴に
よる脱穀性能を向上するようにしたものがある

されなかつた長ワラ主体の処理物を撹拌移送して
その終端から機外に排出する、ラセン体と搬送用
ガイド部材とからなる第2コンベアを、前記粗選
用ろ過部の下方に設け、前記第1及び第2コンベ
アを、互いに平行でかつ同方向に処理物を移送す
る状態で設けると共に、前記両ガイド部材夫々に
穀粒を選別漏下させる精選用ろ過部を備えさせ、
前記両精選用ろ過部を漏下された穀粒を回収する
スクリユーコンベアを前記第1及び第2コンベア
と平行に設けると共に、前記第1及び第2コンベ
ア並びにスクリユーコンベアを、前記第1及び第
2コンベアによる処理物移送方向終端側から挿脱

中にもともと含まれる穀粒とを精選用ろ過部を通
じてスクリユーコンベアに回収するから、脱粒性
能のみならず、穀粒の回収効率の向上も図れ、全
体として、処理胴を設ける場合のような装置の大
型化を回避しながら、脱粒性能及び穀粒の回収効

脱穀処理物のうちの長ワラ以外のものを第2コン
ベア8に漏下供給すると共に漏下されなかつた長
ワラ主体の処理物の全量を第1コンベア5に供給
し、第1コンベア5でのラセン体3による撹拌移
送に伴い、枝付穀粒の脱粒及び穀粒の分離を図る
と共に精選用ろ過部9により穀粒を選別して第2
スクリユーコンベア12に漏下供給し、その処理
物を第2コンベア8の搬送始端に供給し、かつ、
第2コンベア8において、ラセン体6による撹拌
移送に伴い、脱穀処理物からの穀粒の分離を図る
と共に精選用ろ過部10により穀粒を選別して第
1スクリユーコンベア11に漏下供給し、タンク
13に回収していくように脱穀選別装置を構成し
