(Problems to be solved by the invention) However, since the conventional aquaculture rafts are made of natural wood, they have weak mechanical strength, are easily corroded, have poor durability, and absorb water, causing the raft to deteriorate. There are various problems such as the buoyancy due to weight and seawater tends to become unstable, the dimensions of the logs are uneven, making assembly time-consuming, and it is difficult to obtain materials. In addition, wires are wrapped around the intersections of the Japanese timbers, or bolts are directly passed through the intersections to join them together, so there is a problem that assembly and disassembly are time consuming and workability is poor.

In the drawings, reference numeral 1 refers to a piece of wood, which is a hollow elongated body with a predetermined length, on which joint pieces 2, 2, etc. are protruded and integrated at predetermined intervals in the length direction, and the surface thereof is coated with a heavy anti-corrosion coating. is applied. Specifically, the wood 1
is a metal tube 11 whose both ends are sealed with metal plates etc.
metal joint pieces 2 at predetermined intervals in the length direction,
2 are integrated by welding, and the entire surface is coated with heavy anti-corrosion coating. As a heavy anti-corrosion coating, a metal porous layer 12 made of zinc, aluminum or an alloy thereof is provided on the entire surface as shown in FIG. 3, and the porous layer 12 is sealed with a primer.
A resin layer 13 is provided thereon. Reference numeral 14 denotes a primer layer provided on the surface of the porous layer 12 by sealing treatment, and the resin forming the primer layer 14 is infiltrated into the voids in the porous layer 12. Further, the resin layer 13 is usually formed by coating a synthetic resin such as polyester, and the surface of the resin layer 13 may be further coated with a synthetic resin such as polyurethane as a surface finish.

The joint piece 2 has a through hole 21 for inserting the bolt 3.
It is made of a plate with a Further, the joint piece 2 is usually provided so as to protrude along the length direction of the shingle material 1, or so as to protrude substantially at right angles to the length direction of the shingle material 1. That is, as will be described later, at the intersection of the pieces of wood 1, 1, the joining piece 2 is provided protruding along the length of one piece of wood 1 that intersects, and is provided along the length of the piece of wood 1 on the other piece of wood 1. The protrusions are provided so as to form a substantially right angle, so that the joining pieces 2, 2 can come into contact with each other.

As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the aquaculture raft of the present invention is constructed by arranging a plurality of the above-mentioned Japanese sandals 1, 1, etc. in a lattice pattern, and as shown in Fig. The joint pieces 2, 2 are brought into contact with each other, and the through holes 21, 2
1 and a bolt 3 is inserted therethrough and joined. The timbers 1, 1... may be made individually one by one and arranged in a grid pattern, or several pieces of timbers 1, 1... may be connected in advance at predetermined intervals in a substantially parallel manner to form a unit. The objects may be arranged in a grid pattern, or the above two cases may be appropriately combined and arranged.

For example, in the case of Figures 1 and 2, the pieces of wood 1, 1, etc. are arranged separately, one by one, approximately parallel to one direction of the grid, and one unit consists of three pieces of wood approximately parallel to the other direction of the grid. Materials 1, 1... are arranged. In this case, since the timbers 1, 1, . . . are made into a unit, assembly and disassembly work can be easily performed, which is preferable.

In the case of FIG. 1, the joint pieces 2 and the beams along the length of the beams 1 are arranged at predetermined intervals in the length direction of the beams 1 arranged substantially parallel to one direction in a grid pattern. 1
Three joining pieces 2, which are substantially perpendicular to the length direction of the connecting pieces 2, are alternately protruded. Of course, a joint piece 2 corresponding to the above-mentioned joint piece 2 is provided protrudingly provided on each of the unitized beams 1 in the other direction in a lattice shape. That is, in this case, it is preferable that the joint pieces 2 are joined in two different directions over the entire raft, since distortion of the entire raft can be prevented and the strength can be improved.
In addition, the joining direction of the above-mentioned joining pieces 2, 2 is set to 2.
The different directions of the streets are not necessarily limited to the above-mentioned case where the beams 1, 1, . . . are made into a unit.

In addition, the upper surface of the aquaculture raft of the present invention, specifically the upper surface of the rods 1, 1, etc., is usually made with an uneven rough surface to prevent slipping even when a person works on the raft. is being done. There is no particular limitation on the method for roughening the surface of the timbers 1, 1, . . . .

(Effects of the invention) As detailed above, in the aquaculture raft of the present invention, a metal porous layer made of zinc, aluminum or an alloy thereof is provided on the surface of a metal tube, and the porous layer is sealed. Since it is treated and a resin layer is provided on top of it, it is less likely to corrode than conventional products and has significantly improved durability, as well as improved mechanical strength, making it easier to procure materials. can. Moreover, since the wood is made of a metal tube with both ends sealed, it does not absorb water like in the past.
As well as stabilizing the weight of the raft and the buoyancy of the seawater,
Since the dimensions of the timber can be standardized, rafts of predetermined dimensions can be easily obtained, and towing work can be made more efficient.

In addition, in the aquaculture raft of the present invention, since the joint pieces protruding from the Japanese sandals are connected with bolts at the intersection of the Japanese sandals, assembly and disassembly work is easy, and the sandwood can be easily removed from the metal pipe. In addition to being able to withstand complex wave motions at sea, the raft can be made maintenance-free.

さらに、本考案養殖用筏は、棧材の上面側の表

Further, in the aquaculture raft of the present invention, since the upper surface of the sandbar wood has a rough, uneven surface, the worker does not slip even when riding on the raft, making it easy to work.

Furthermore, in the aquaculture raft of the present invention, the lengthwise direction of each piece of sandbar wood arranged approximately parallel to one side of the lattice is spaced apart at a predetermined interval, and the length of the seaweed wood is connected to the joint piece along the length direction of the sandbar wood. A predetermined number of joint pieces approximately perpendicular to the direction are alternately protruded, and a corresponding joint piece is protruded from each of the beams arranged substantially parallel to the other direction of the grid. The joined pieces can be joined in two different directions, preventing distortion of the entire raft and improving its strength, thereby improving its ability to withstand complex wave motions at sea.
