Abstract

PURPOSE:To protect sealing materials and to make the sealing materials maintain waterproofness by arranging the sealing materials and refractory materials respectively at the upper side and the lower side of joints that are provided between a plurality of floor board materials placed with joint widths held in between. CONSTITUTION:A floor of a building is constructed of a plurality of floor board materials 1, made of concrete material, that are placed and joined together with prescribed joint widths (w) held in between. A vibration-resistant plate 2 is made from two steel plates 21 and a butyl rubber sheet 22 that is placed in between as a sealing material, and the plate 2 is placed to the joint between the floor board materials 1. A fire-resisting refractory material 3 is made of ceramic fiber material, and the refractory material 3 is placed to the joint between the floor board materials 1 in parallel with and at the underside of the vibration-resistant plate 2. Then the vibration-resistant plate 2 and the refractory material 3 are bonded to the side face 1c of the floor board material 1 with fire-resisting adhesive. Thereby waterproofness can be secured for the floor and bending of the floor board material 1 can be prevented.

In this conventional structure, recesses are formed on mutually opposing side surfaces of adjacent plate materials, and a sealing material is provided in each recess along the inner surface shape of the recess. The plates were joined with the sealing materials butted against each other, and the refractory material was provided in the gap formed between the sealing materials.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) By the way, when a board material having such a conventional joint structure is used as a floor board material, the refractory material will be sandwiched from above and below by the sealing material. In addition, since flames burn upward, floorboard materials are almost always exposed to fire from the bottom when a fire occurs on a lower floor. However, in such a conventional joint structure, the fireproofing material is sandwiched between the sealing material from above and below, so in the event of a fire, the sealing material located below the fireproofing material will burn first. Probability is high.

Therefore, even if the fire is a small flame, there is a problem in that the sealing material burns and the waterproof function is reduced by half.

The present invention has focused on the above-mentioned problems, and provides a joint structure for floorboard materials in which the sealing material is completely protected by a fireproof material, and the waterproof function of the sealing material does not deteriorate even after a small fire occurs. It is an object.
