いう課題を有していた。 In response, there is a need to develop a gas-fired infrared radiation sauna device with a structure that allows the sauna room to be manufactured in a factory and easily assembled at the installation site, like a small home sauna that uses electricity as a heat source. If such a device could be developed, gas-fired infrared radiation sauna devices would become even more popular due to the simplification of on-site construction and reduction of construction costs. The equipment installed outside the sauna room, such as the supply of fuel and air to the burner, the exhaust system, and various control equipment, is complicated.
The problem was that it was difficult to summarize it compactly.

することを目的とするものである。 The present inventor first developed a gas-fired infrared radiation device that addresses the above-mentioned conventional problems and published Utility Model Application No. 59-162174 (see Utility Model Application No. 61-77030).
However, this invention has been further improved to make it more effective for the human body, and irradiates a larger amount of infrared rays to the parts of the human body that require heating, and to the parts that require sweating. It is a more comfortable and energy-saving sauna device that allows sufficient sweating to be achieved in areas that require sweating even if the temperature of the room is lower than conventional ones, and it also makes the sauna outdoor equipment, which is unique to sauna devices that use gaseous fuel, safer. It is an object of the present invention to provide a sauna device having a structure that can be stored in a smaller space and that can simplify on-site construction at the installation site.

A seat for up to 6 people) is provided, an entrance is provided on either the left or right side walls, and an infrared emitting device is provided on the wall facing the seat. A horizontal infrared radiation tube that communicates a plurality of substantially horizontal metal tubes arranged at a height position that emits infrared rays between approximately the waist and shoulders of a person, and one or both of the left and right horizontal infrared radiation tubes. It consists of a rising infrared radiation tube whose upper end is connected to the end and which rises from near the floor surface, and the lower part of the horizontal infrared radiation tube installation location is insulated and partitioned from the sauna room, and this partition is used for the combustion of gaseous fuel. It is characterized by a machine room that stores various types of equipment inside.

In addition to being able to obtain sufficient sweating effect,
By separating the space below the horizontal infrared radiation tube from the sauna room into a heat-insulating section and creating a machine room that houses various equipment necessary for combustion of gaseous fuel, such as fuel and air supply, exhaust, and control equipment, the overall size can be reduced. Can be summarized compactly.

The space below the group of infrared radiation tubes, that is, the space facing the lower limbs of the bather, is used as a machine room for storing various equipment necessary for combustion of gaseous fuel, and is basically similar to the arrangement combination of the present invention. However, the difference is that in the present invention, a part of the space facing the lower limbs is used as an extension part for the infrared radiation tube, and the remaining space is used as a machine room.

ギー効果を持つものであつた。 One of the features of Utility Model Application No. 59-162174 is that it shortens the distance between the infrared radiation device and the human body, and directs the infrared rays to the parts of the human body that require heating or are prone to perspiration, thereby making it possible to Enhances the infrared radiation effect from gas-fired sauna bath equipment,
It lowers the temperature of the sauna room compared to conventional saunas, making it more comfortable and more energy-saving, allowing even the elderly and children to take a bath with peace of mind.

The air moves, and after the air moves, the air at the top descends, resulting in counterclockwise air convection when viewed from the seat side, which also warms the air near the non-infrared emitting floor, reducing the temperature difference between the top and bottom of the sauna room. 162174
Your feet will be warmed up faster than the No. 1 device.

Since it is proportional to the difference between the absolute temperature of the drainboard surface facing the infrared radiation tube and the air, etc. to the fourth power, the amount of heat transferred by the additional infrared radiation tube that exchanges heat with the floor near the lowest temperature in the sauna room is It has relatively more efficiency and energy saving effect than other infrared radiation tubes.

Since heat exchange occurs with the air near the surface, the amount of heat transfer increases.
